Chucky is winless too. Should he be fired??

I wasn't advocating firing the coach. Definitely making some sort of meaningful change if it is Rosen or McCoy or whatever.

However, we aren't talking record right now. We are talking pure futility in every aspect of the game.

He literally said "If I thought this team needed a spark" he would make the change from Bradford.

You just set the record for the least number of passing yards with 17 attempts and you are talking about cutting off routes and you need to stay the course.

This guy is a fool.

That's just coach-speaking in cliches (for public consumption). I'm sure in private it's a different message.

I'm NOT in favor of making a change just for the sake of change. They need an overall better team before throwing Josh Rosen out there.

no no no! NOT for home-games!!! Anything can happen there. It's once you realize how atrocious the team is on the road, that's it's safe sledding to bet big against them. Trust me on that one!

Alright I’ll save it for the 9ers or MN game after our quick 2 game homestand

So we were driving home from Cali on Sunday and listening to the game. I haven't got to Gamepass it yet but it sounded like the team just gave up at the end.

They were milking the clock to end the game rather than try to do anything positive.

Am I wrong there? I have never seen a losing team run the clock out on themselves. Even down by 40 teams are trying to end the shut out. Do anything....

When he is saying if they need a spark I think of that last drive.

if this team is a dumpster fire the entire year, they have to clean house and start fresh, from GM down. I'm not sure if people realize or have forgot this, but we are STILL dealing with the remnants of the Rod Graves era with Keim, who seems to have just gotten lucky for a couple years. We are a laughingstock again, but one with what I believe to be a possible QBOTF. Don't destroy that by giving this craptastic unit that Keim has put together.

Start fresh... with a very high pick and new GM and coach next year. Don't be the freaking Browns.

The whole Re-Tool thing vs a Rebuild turned out to be very wrong. This team is in Full Rebuild Mode. We got fooled by the Preseason and never seeing a starting QB or RB go against our starting defense.

I think the Cards already decided to "start fresh" when Wilks said the Cardinals were transitioning to a 4-3. It raised eyebrows seeing as the Cardinals didn't have the right personnel for a 4-3 currently on the roster. A lot of things needed to go right for the transition to a 4-3 to be successful with the current roster:
  • Nkemdiche needed to be a break out 3-Technique
  • Golden needed to be on the field and back to his old self
  • A decent CB#2 needed to be found
  • The huge question marks at LB needed to be answered by unproven guys currently on the roster
So far all of those huge question marks haven't worked out as planned.

Then factor in drafting a QBOF prevented the Cards from addressing the defense through the draft this year to help with the transition to a 4-3.

This team is in Full Rebuild Mode. "Retool" was thrown out there so that we got suckered into buying season tickets again.

I'd give it one more roadie to see what's what. The best targets IMO are @Minny and then @KC in november. Those look like sure bet 30 point blowouts.

They had no idea what they were doing. It looked like they have no strategy before, during or after the game. For example, they didn't call DJ's number on a couple of drives in fourth quarter and then they bought him back for final drive, punted on 4th and 1 down by 27 in 4th etc.

This coaching staff is incapable of basic things like scripting the first 10-15 plays, moving PP for a few plays over to Cooks when Jamar Taylor was struggling, get DJ in space (for freak sake did they not know DJ is the second best WR on this team).

Wilks and McCoy and two simple Jacks. The winter is here and here to stay until 2020 at least.

He is on 98.7 right now and says that he isn't close to putting in Rosen yet. This isn't ALL Bradford's fault.

That jives with the mental circles Wolfley did this morning to excuse everything Bradford has done.

He says you have to believe in your judgement and your system. Stay the course. Play one play at a time.

So nothing is changing...

Totally fine with this... We aren't going to the post season this year with or without Rosen at the helm. So let's suck it up to the level needed to secure the #1 pick in 2019!! :koolaid:

Our coach at first sight looks like a very overconfident person, and then u may think "he knows what he is doing"

Thats a typical case of getting the wrong impression
Is a fool, a rich fool:D

It’s unreal that Bradford keeps finding jobs especially at such high salaries.

I am just beyond floored here.

"Full Confidence in Mike McCoy"
I said it in the thread announcing him as coordinator that he would be a terrible choice.

As a Chargers fan, it was horrifying to see the last few years of the San Diego Chargers being ruined by McCoy. We were all so thrilled when he returned to Denver but too bad they fired him quickly as well.

The worst thing about McCoy is his arrogance. He actually doesn’t think anything he does is wrong or should even be questioned. Ridiculous ego for a man who is bad at his job.

I fully intend on buying a 12 pack of beer for the Chicago game. It's gonna be a bloodbath.

In the field of psychology, the DunningKruger effect is a cognitive bias in which people of low ability have illusory superiority and mistakenly assess their cognitive ability as greater than it is.
