Will Aldon smith play? UPDATE: Aldon Smith Released by 49ers

I mentioned before there's a story about him and a parking lot confrontation that's being investigated. Turns out that might NOTbe the one that gets him suspended again.

The alleged victim in the Ray McDonald sexual assault case says she spent the day of the attack drinking with McDonald and teammate.... Aldon Smith. Smith served a league mandated suspension, and part of his suspension is he can't drink alcohol. He's on a 3 year probation and if he was in fact drinking, he faces another suspension. The 49ers haven't officially commented but there are rumors they will hold him out of the game as a preemptive move to ask for leniency next season.

So far no suspension and no official comment from the team on what they will do.

Please note this is NOT related to the parking lot incident I forgot the word NOT in my original post. So even if this one takes awhile, that one is still pending.

We'll see but it wouldn't surprise me at all if they just don't play him

Wow...he has serious problems. DWASH got busted for weed in the offseason. He could have smoked after a workout...who knows. Smith, on the other hand, gets busted during training camp. What the heck? A DUI is ten times worse than a failed pot test. Smith is going to kill someone. This guy better be done for the year...and I hope the man gets some help.

There are 2 local rumors, one is the one you're reporting, the other is that for the 2nd time in a few years he may have hit a pole and been found passed out or sleeping in his car having hit the pole.

That happened once before but the radio as I was driving in was saying one reporter is saying that's what happened last night too.

Speculation is he will be released by the 49ers, they apparently put him on a very strict don't do it again policy the last time when he was reinstated.

Look at all the crap this douche has done and the NFL slaps him on the wrist while addressing him quickly. Now juxtapose that with DWash.
