Will people always find something to complain about?

Will people keep B'ing and M'ing?

The sound got better by the end of the year, the scoreboard...eh, that's so minor it's not even worth complaining about, there are 3 other areas in the stadium to see the score other than the main jumb-tron.

I was pissed at the sound for the Tillman tribute, but other than that...eh, no big deal. If you need someone to tell you who caught a pass or how many yards they gained on the play you should probably pay better attention to the game.

I guess we should go back to SDS, the SOUND was ok there.........

So me saying the sound has sucked so far in the stadium deserves a go back to SDS comment? come on now. You act like you never bitch about everything and its all good enough. It was simply a Do you think theyll fix things thread, if you wanna turn it into you bitching about me bitching go right ahead but its all one fat contradictory hypocrisy. SDS is a big pile of crap with great sound and a good scoreboard, now we have a massive beauty of a stadium with a crap sound system and a scoreboard that doesnt have a score on the damned thing. I dont look at the other board as it is behind me.

Just be sure not to ask a question about levi brown missing a block cuz soon as you do ill tell you to go back to watching leanord davis.

It's more of a lack of understanding that in a new building there will be issues. It's like you were expecting perfection the day they opened the doors. They have addressed the problems and did so in the order of importance....parking/getting into the stadium, concession lines etc.

Also, it's a video board, not a scoreboard.

BRR, that's a rumor and no one knows for sure that that is happening. Some people just can't get over the fact that the Cards are spending money and they keep looking for some way to keep the cheap tag placed on them.

it was from someone here and was a legit thread, didnt seem to rumorish but either way, whoever they hired was a complete *******! that tillman tribute was horrible. I dont like how they cater to the home sideline and the redzone either, i say everything turns its back to the redzone and plays to the entire stadium!

Either way, im not tryin to be negative or complain, just sayin itd be nice if they fixed it all.

Are the Cardinals a better team than they've been? Yeah, I think so. But since that's relative to the crappy teams in the past it doesn't mean they're good yet.

If the Cards can become a playoff team and take the steps they need to in order to address their deficiencies, then I think you'll see a whole lot less complaining.

Then people will complain about the bandwagon fans and how they've been there for the team through thick and thin and be sickened by the Johnny Come Latley's.

Since b!tching and moaning seems to be so popular on the Cards board, it begs the question. Will people ALWAY complain about something, even when that something is light years better than it was in the past and will no doubt, improve with time.
Your thread is too long.

The Valley so low.
Speaking for myself, I see mistakes galore even during the average rout (admittedly rare with the Cards--Mexico City). If they were winning the Super Bowl, I'd be fairly happy, but start worrying about letdown, loss of free agents, etc. right away after the game ended.

So I'm in the minority, but I actually think the answer is yes.

There is one situation where everyone is happy and even the most strident darksiders scuttle off to their caves and hibernate until next season.

OU won the NC in '00, and for about two months, every single thread on their rivals board (until recruiting heated up) was positive.

It was pretty cool.

Winning lessens the complaining....but you would still have your doom and gloomers who just get off on that kind of stuff....Grim Reapers I call them.

no one in their right mind can complain the first month after a championship. Hell, I was a huge D-Backs fan and after they won in glorious fashion, I actually couldn't care less what has happened with them - they gave me sports nirvana. After that, IMO, any of my teams get a 10 year grace period where I could care less. Although, that could also be due to the fact that baseball is only my thrid favorite sport AND because I was at all 4 games at the BOB and had an out of body experience beating the yanks. That was just amazing. If the Cards ever gave me something like that, some moment that was as purely beautiful as that was, I could care less if they ever won another game.

No problem Cheese. I'd be willing to bet the Cards would really whip their butts. The question is how do we get the Yankees to play football?

But there are some that do....one particular Cardinal baseball team forum sided with everyone else and said the Redbirds were just lucky and that they suck with LaRussa and will always suck if he's the manager....some even tried to connect the dots with the death of pitcher Josh Hancock saying LaRussa promoted drinking since he had a DUI...so it was Tony's fault Josh was driving drunk and was killed.
