Winning starts in the trenches and our talent there has been non existent since all of Whisenhunts draft picks (Campbell, Big Dan) left tbh
Are you being sarcastic?top 5 left tackle in the leaguue, DJ Hump, has entered the chat
not in the slightest. Hump is a legitimate top 5 LT. you dont watch much football huh?Are you being sarcastic?
15th most sacks allowed and 6th most penalties with a mobile QB.not in the slightest. Hump is a legitimate top 5 LT. you dont watch much football huh?
context needed there. What is he in snap counts? probably near top of league for LTs, only snaps he missed were last week due to covid15th most sacks allowed and 6th most penalties with a mobile QB.
God forbid if we had a immobile Qb back there.
This is some pretty funny stuff you have here Zeem. Seems you conveniently picked his preseason rating for 2021 and not his final rating for 2021. From what I could find his rank was #48 best tackle with a rating of 74 in 2021. 26. D.J. HUMPHRIES, ARIZONA CARDINALS
Something clicked in Humphries’ game in Week 5 of 2020. On the road against the New York Jets, he had one of the best performances of the season at the position, recording an astounding 93.1 PFF grade. From that point on, Humphries was the highest-graded tackle in the NFL and allowed just 12 total pressures in the last 12 games. His run-blocking grade for the year spiked nearly 40 grading points from 2019. If this new Humphries is here to stay, you can bet on him climbing up this list, but it is obviously no guarantee given what we saw from him up until that point in his career.
BUT, but it does not help when our mobile QB tucks the ball and runs into the sacks so often. Our immobile QB AKA McCoy never did that.15th most sacks allowed and 6th most penalties with a mobile QB.
God forbid if we had a immobile Qb back there.
