Seriously...this guy hasn't done jack squat against real NFL players. Nice start to his career in preseason but let's see produce against starters once the bullets fly! I'm saying he rarely sees the field come week 1.

Considering how LSH gets dinged up, and Wells' not so iron-man reputation, we may see more of him than you think.

Battle between Pow and Williams for the 2nd spot??? No no no says my Mutombo finger. He might get the second spot if Williams or Beanie goes down, but the only person he is really battling is Fonzo right now. Hyphen is more of a Hybrid these days. Williams might be starting very soon, by years end, I think it will be:
Williams
Beanie
Pow
But that's just me. :)

Where was the Powell love when he had 38 carries for like 90 yards in the last game of last pre season???? ;)

That's not a well-written article. At first I thought it was one of these fan-penned posts and I thought "ok, not bad," but then I saw it's a guy who is supposed to be a professional. yuck.

If by fun you mean picking peanuts out of my feces, then yes, you are correct.

That article is insane. As Shane pointed out, Powell was awful last preseason. Sure he's looked good against third teamers, but he's more likely the next Damien Anderson than the next Arian Foster.

Ok I just spit my drink out!

Examiner is pretty close to the quality of Bleacher Report... anyone who can write a coherent sentence normally gets a shot.

That said, Powell has looked good. He has no value from a fantasy perspective, and still might lose the job of 4th running back to Alfonso Smith, but he has been shifty and quick. In a league where backs are able to succeed almost regardless of draft position, he'll be interesting if we have to rely on a guy due to injury.

My hope is that Wiz picks Powell over Smith for the 4th spot. Powell is, and has shown, how dynamic a runner he can be. Much prefer him over Smith.

Powell must make this team imo. He has out performed everyone. Yes its vs scrubs. But he is making the most of the oppertunity.

Everyone likes LSH. I do as well. However, with the new kickoff rules I can't help but think he has lost some of his value.

LSH is ten times the kick COVER guy than he is a returner. That is where his ST value truly lies.

This true
. But the rules have still lowered his value to this team. I don't was to release LSH but I want to keep Powell.

Mispelled fun. Its "D-U-M-B article"

Someone actually took the time to write this piece? A 4th string RB in preseason is the next Mccoy? Like last year Bartel must have been the next Brees, he was lightin up the field.

Between Lindley, Powell, and Byrd we have the second coming of the Triplets in Dallas!
