I call BS on that one.

A buddy of mine that went into the police force got caught for steroids and that is what they claimed happened.

I'll admit that I am assuming that police drug screening is somewhat near the NFL's standards.

You can get a good look at a steak by putting your head up a cow's butt, but wouldn't you rather just take the butcher's word for it?

After taking the required polygraph, this is what they came up with...

I'm just the messenger.

Looks pretty cut-and-dried to me.

I guess their defense is starcaps was on the 2006 list but not ones after that so they were safe in assuming that meant it was no longer prohibited.

The whole thing is confusing, the one guy that jumps out immediately as masking steroid use is McAllister. The rest of the players are largely fat lineman who probably have weight clauses so using it to lose weight is believable.

But Deuce is not and he's coming off a major injury so he wouldn't be the first guy to use steroids to accelerate rehab. If Deuce wasn't on the list I'd be much more convinced the players are getting screwed here, he is the which one does not belong on this list that still makes me suspicious of the players.

But this is a weird case, I'm almost always of the opinion the player probably cheated I have much more doubt this time.

From a legal standpoint, if all the substances that were listed were legal and the banned substance was not listed then I don't think the players can be liable unless there are some drug disclosure laws I am unaware of or it can be proved that the players were aware the banned substance was in the supplements.

Just saw that.....crap!

Ohh well, we'll just pass all day like we did the last time we played them. Thats when Leinart eclipsed 400 yards passing and we rushed the ball a whopping 4 times.

"Hennepin County District Judge Gary Larson issued the temporary restraining order at the players’ request, saying he wanted more time to hear arguments in the case. No further hearing date immediately was set."

For those not in the know, Hennepin county is the county in which Minneapolis is located.

I call bull.

If a judge from any other state did it, that's fine, but a Minnesota judge rushes to the defense of a couple of important players before a trap-like divisional game.

I LIVE in this town and that pisses me off.

This is NOT how I want my tax dollars spent.
