Pat P was talking about how league is copy cat & Eagles might to try to emulate the Rams gameplan. Hopefully, we can get ahead double digits like Giants game & force them to give up on the run

According to Orlando Scandrick, ex Eagle, the chart says Hurts threw TWO passes from the pocket in the entire game. He said I have no idea what the Saints were doing on defense, they acted like he was a pocket passer it's why they lost.

To me..... they didn't game plan for the possibility, and haven't really played any of the super mobile QB's this season so there was no frame of reference to past game plans for them to fall back on. The closest facsimile was Herbert in week 5. So then........ Hurts runs for over a hundo. That's nuts for a guy like that.

Edmonds..... Yes. Pugh, not so much IMO.

I really have a bad "Tua level" feeling about this one.

We should have 9 or 10 wins already. This crap is so damn frustrating.
That's cardinal football in a nutshell. It is very rewarding when we do well, I've been of the belief that we enjoy our wins more then other fans.

Expect the Eagles to go on 4th down at least 5 times on Sunday. When Pederson is confident, no coach is as ballsy as he is in that regard. No matter the injuries, the Eagles will be a handful. Their D line will embarrass our O line. Murray better be able to scramble on Sunday. If he escapes, he may run for 100.

PA, I don't know about "embarrass". It's a valid concern, but I like our chances against anyone not named Fletcher Cox. Josh Sweat? Brandon Graham? Please, they can be handled. And the linebackers? My goodness what a collection. If we don't dominate that level, we're just plain negligent from a coaching perspective. I won't even mention the gas station attendant secondary. We've got to get this win!

Saints defense took the week off last week. They hadn't allowed a 100 yard rusher for years then allowed two in one week.

I agree. “Embarrass” is a stretch. Yes, the Eagles Are hurting at LB, but with the exception of DJ, I still don’t think our OL matches up with their DL. This is a must win & KK had better have this team ready right out of the gate. After beating the Saints, the Eagles will come out with a giant bounce in their step. We need to dishearten them quickly.

Eagles at Cardinals

The Eagles will not have T Jack Driscoll (knee) or CB Avonte Maddox (knee) in the lineup this weekend. S Grayland Arnold (hamstring), DT Malik Jackson (concussion), and CB Darius Slay (concussion) drew questionable listings.

LB Kylie Fitts (hamstring), K Zane Gonzalez (back), DT Jordan Phillips (hamstring), and S Jalen Thompson (ankle) are out for the Cardinals. RB Chase Edmonds (ankle), CB Dre Kirkpatrick (hamstring), and G Justin Pugh (calf) may play after questionable designations.
