Chase and Conner are on track for 1668 yards combined.

And people said our RB room sucked.
For a 17 game season. For a normal season it’s 1,570, or a shade under 100/game. That’s likely average-to-below-average for your starter and primary backup.

As a team, we are 7th in rushing yards. That is above average, and the credit for it does not go to Murray this year.
That’s interesting. I wonder if rushing is down this season. Seems low for top 7. And definitely not attributable to kyler. This is all RBs (even Rondale jet sweeps don’t represent a huge portion).

Looks like average is 113/game from 2010-2019, so our 128/game is definitely above average.

It’s really not that interesting when you see that we are 5th overall in rushing attempts.. I think this also attributes to our lack of ‘chunk’ plays. This is not the same offense we saw at vs the Titans. Was sincerely excited that Kliffy learned something after watching game 1

As the season has worn on, teams are blitzing less and playing a lot more zone than man coverage. That is to prevent big plays. This isn't new, it happened last year as well. Kyler has actually been much improved vs zone IMO.

It's indirectly due to Kyler. He's been so good in the passing game and the audible game that we're getting 2-3 big runs a game, just none from him as you meant.

How are the Raiders only +3 vs the Giants this week? That seems like easy money.

I didn't realize GB are at the Chiefs on Sunday. Really need the Chiefs to get their act together for that one.

I'm nervous about this next 3 game stretch before the buy because I feel like a lot is riding on it.

All 3 games are games we should win on paper. Niners are not good. Panthers same. Seahawks should have Russ back but even with Russ we are the better team. Although I admit division games are always tough.

We win these 3 we go into the bye 10-1 it's gravy the rest of the season. We still have Giants, Lions and Bears after the bye. While I take nothing for granted if you are 10-1 in week 13 you are making the playoffs.

But if we crap the bed coming off losing to the Packers and go into the bye 8-3 it's a whole different story, and Kliff isn't known for being good coming off a bye.

This next 3 games for me are the most crucial of the year.

We dont play the Giants we play the Cowboys.

It would be nice for Kliff to get over that "8 win" hurdle after that 3 game stretch. Would be good for his confidence. I hear you but I fear that the 49ers/Panthers have their formula. Run the ball, chew up clock and play great defense. We have to jump on them early or it'll be a dogfight and we'll lose out on possessions. The loss of Watt is huge. Its also cruical that Hudson gets back because the line seems to get worse every week. The Seahawks are always in it if Russell Wilson's in it. He gives that team enough juice to win games they shouldnt win.

To be honest I'd root for the Seahawks to beat the Packers in a couple weeks as well.

My bad, thought we had the Giants.
