You should read the article Kelley. Wolf is saying offensive coaches are singing his praises. His ability to learn 3 different positions while just out of college is what impresses Wolfley.

corner, nickel corner and safety in the base? I'm trying to keep my hope up - but he hasn't faced an NFL #1 or an NFL DC yet- so I'm glad to hear he's camping well- in a dome- He is small - real small - Mike Adams small!!!!!

I know he's a playmaker, if you looked at Mike Adams highlights he was too but I'm a grinder and I appreciate the set up and fundamentals between the highlights!

Truth is I see the same in PP, great as the day is long- on some plays but he aint no Revis Island - He gets beat in bunches. Makes the pro bowl off highlights not consistency. Like DD too!

I'm cautiously preseason optimistic as usual, but I wish we had Kerry Rhodes or at least somebody besides PP from our 2ndary last year. This years D has a ways to go to stay even -much less improve- I think playoff teams are going to run down our throats.

It is unteachable. You can't create that, or train it. He just has impeccable instincts, reads the QB, route and receiver to perfection and puts himself right in the middle of the action.

I absolutely love the guy - hope he stays mentally strong and keeps seeing the game slow down.

The fact that he already feels like it is slowing down is insane...yes, we'll see when real bullets fly and games actually count, but most rookies don't feel the game slow down until late in the season...he's feeling it at the start of TC.

Tyrann plays bigger than his height would indicate. He has pretty long arms and big hands. Also Mike Adams may have had a knack for making plays on the ball in college, but I have a hard time believing that he was anywhere near Tyrann's level in college.

Talented, yes! But I'm not putting him in Canton yet, unlike some of you. I love that he's making plays & we all knew he had that ability, but lets see what happens when the bullets start flying...for real. Teams at some point will use his size against him I'm afraid.

IMO 5-9, 185 DBs rarely are stars, especially in this age of big WRs & that's not even mentioning his potential personal issues that I'm worried about if/when he does have success.

I hope we have a star on our hands in TM, but you can't avoid his issues as well as his talent. IMO this is just the reality of what we have.

It's not just Wolf who is very high on Matthieu, many coaches, scouts, and talking heads are too. It still remains to be seen if he is able to stay away from the bad influences, (although this setting is nearly perfect for him in that regard). I find it simply amazing that the game has slowed down for him already, (although it obviously had done so in college as well, or he wouldn't have had the 'football' success that he had there). It will be like sitting on pins and needles for those of us pulling for him, (at least for the next 2-3-years), to see if he, (and Washington), walk the straight and narrow. If they both pan out, this season could be the start of long term winning for the Cardinals. I know that I am not the only one waiting for that.

I crossed paths with Tyrann a couple of weeks ago at a Circle K. He was nice and gracious...he even shook my hand.

Yesterday my doctor told me that my swollen prostate was it's normal size again.

Doubtful aaron will play friday, their starting LT is injured. May let the backups take the hits while the replacement gets his feet set.

Badger is smaller but so was money mike and he made plays for us for years on end and had nowhere near the talent badger does. I am optimistic.

I can't wait to see this kid play and see what kind of impact he has out there, but Wolfley's opinion means pretty much zero to me. I don't think I've ever heard him make a player evaluation...or hell...ANY point that I've ever agreed with him on.
