All these injuries are because Kingsbury runs such a loose ship. Our cupcake training camp & practices just creates soft bodies. We really need a more hard nosed HC. I just can’t stomach being a finesse, wimpy team.

I noticed that a while back. Looking at our extensive injury reports every injury but 2 were below the waste...and all but 4 from the knee down.

Looked at some other teams and saw pecs, biceps, backs, shoulders,,...

But with few exceptions cardinals were,
Hamstrings
Knees
Quads
Ankles
And calfs


Seems we have an issue with flexibility and ligament maintenance
