The actual coding that they (live person created)? I would think so
Let's say a studio grabs ChatGPT core package off of any download site and ChatGPT creates 3 jokes in an episode. Could ChatGPT as a company own the copywrite for that portion of the show?

I still think you could make a variation of the joke and change the wording just enough to copywrite. Like how songs can often sound very similar, as long as you're a bit more subtle than Vanilla Ice you should be OK.

Real bush league PR move by the studios. Haven’t taken a look at details of this yet, but they can f themselves in general for taking a blowtorch to the media “blackout” they asked for.

Instead of hiring someone to change your messaging, frack winning the war of spin and just make a fair deal so we can start getting everyone back to work.
