Love it.

He gives Rosen the best chance to succeed. Brings excitement and intrigue back to the franchise after Wilks brought us back into SOC days. I can imagine his offense will be attractive to offensive free agents. Should relate well to the players being a young, former player. The risks are certainly there, but at least Keim is really "coming out swinging" this time.

Hate it. KK has zero NFL experience and his offense is a joke for a NFL team.

Like it, want to love it, but trying to be cautious about getting too excited until I see the staff come together and hear more from him.

It's definitely bold.

That's where I am. I see some red flags and plenty of concerns, but also a real opportunity to have an exciting offense. You have to think NFL offensive free agents
will want to come to Arizona THIS offseason. That definitely wasn't the case last year.

Wilks had a run the ball up the middle offense.

KK will give other defenses something to think about.

Love it. Not a good list of candidates and KK provides the best chance IMO for Rosen to succeed. Additionally as a season ticket holder it will be nice to see our offense score some points in a game.

Love it! I keep saying “ conviction”. The brass identified their man, they believe in their man and they went out and got him. That’s conviction. When you look at last year we “settled” for the Last man standing. I will not put them down if this hire fails.

His offense is being run all over the NFL right now. Kids are playing these types of systems from the time they are in Pee Wee football, till college.

It is extreme hubris to think you are going to take these younger players who have played the game a certain way for a decade or more, and then just change everything about them when there is less practice time, less camp time, and less hitting in practice.

While teams are trying to re-teach players how to play the "pro games", other teams are just putting players in systems that they are familiar with and already know. And they win, time and time again.

The Patriots play a college style system, as do the Rams, the Bears, the Chiefs, and the Eagles.

A lot of playoff teams in that list, BTW. The pro game as we all knew it less than 10 years ago is all but extinct (Thanks Roger Goodell), so you either get with the times or get left in the dust.

I do not like this hire, but it is not because of the system this guy runs but that he is a PAC-12, sub-.500 coach, with little to no experience.

This is Keim taking the mistakes in the draft, with trying to be smarter than the next guy, and pick some small school guy. That type of thinking and actions have destroyed this roster, and now they are going to do the same with the coaching.

When I said that the team could not do worse than Wilks, it was not a challenge to the team.

I hope my hunch is correct and that this is shades of Bruce Arians. I remember having a wait and see approach, while others were bitching and crying. People wanted HORTON who was obviously an awful choice. People were mad Bowles was the DC.

I'm taking a cautiously optimistic approach.

Can’t quite love it but like it a lot. Glad to see we went outside the norm.

It's weak sauce, but I'll just say I'm cautiously optimistic.

That’s kind of where I am at. Last year I wasn’t excited by the Wilks hire at all I was just hopeful. This year I can see the potential for excitement.

If you still have reservations after watching KK do the stanky leg, then I’m not sure what to tell you
