Only problem with PFF mocks is they use their rankings and big boards and I find them very different to the general consensus.

My favorite mock simulator is from The Draft Network (TDN).

They have, by far and away, the best scouting reports, including explaining the best position and scheme fits for players.

Edit: I use several of these, and don't pay for anything. So can't speak to if there are better premium ones out there.
