Wouldn't our OL coach know?
Josh Simmons now getting some smoke. Reports from Todd McShay and others that he is very immature.
Only if it’s Goldenwould you be good going with a receiver at #16
No dog in him? Cali guys don't have that dog. He's not immature but he's labeled as a Cali guy. He has that laid back California attitude. It's funny, Cali Guy is a term scouts use. It's not necessarily a bad thing but he's likely not going to be a team captain or anything like that.
I am sure he does and I am sure he would never put it out there either way. Never does a coach good to bad mouth their players.Wouldn't our OL coach know?
?Paris and Fry give us an edge here, both know him very well.
?
They never played together.
Not talking about putting it out there. I'm talking evaluations when your team is creating their draft board.I am sure he does and I am sure he would never put it out there either way. Never does a coach good to bad mouth their players.
I’m not drafting a guy with a torn patellar tendon in the 1st round. Hell nah.
He has that nasty competitor streak which I think Gannon would love about him. But I would put him behind both Nolen and Stewart, realizing they play different positions. But compared to BJ when he was in the draft? Scourton is a superior prospect. IMO.Apparently Nic Scourton visited with the Cards. Rob Rang who is a fairly decent talent evaluator listed him as the Cards 1st round choice. They surely could trade down and still get him if it’s true.
This is crazy impressive at 6’4” 300.:

With the potential talent available at 16 it’s highly probable we trade down a few spots. If we stay at 16, or even with a trade, we should be in a position to add a vg player to our roster. I've seen so many players mocked to Arizona, my head is spinning, but I have confidence in Monti/Sears. And, I feel good with FA and the Draft that we'll go into the RS thinking that we have a good shot at making the playoffs.
Great scheme fit. Number seven on my Cards board.Apparently Nic Scourton visited with the Cards. Rob Rang who is a fairly decent talent evaluator listed him as the Cards 1st round choice. They surely could trade down and still get him if it’s true.
I think we're at a point where we don't need more picks. We just have to make the correct pick. With the potential talent available at 16 it’s highly probable we trade down a few spots.
Those picking after us will likely want a particular player setting the table for adding an additional pick in the 3 round.
I do embrace this path unless their is a specific player we want then take him at 16 and don’t fret it.
I’m thinking in this draft you can get both.I think we're at a point where we don't need more picks. We just have to make the correct pick.
Disagree. The more picks the better. See Philly.I think we're at a point where we don't need more picks. We just have to make the correct pick.
