You, George, etc - basing your opinion on youtube video and fanaticism

All I'm doing is saying that you have not "proven" that the refs never decide the outcomes of games. I am not saying that game 3 was the result of the game being deliberatedly fixed. I don't know that and do not claim to know that. But you are saying categorically that it was not and could not have been.

I'm somewhat agnostic on the what has actually happened in Game 3. Looking at the video may not prove it was fixed, but it certainly does not give reassurance that it wasn't.

You really want to be a hypocrite and blast me over making sweeping accusations? You're the one saying he fixed Game 5 when nobody except a fanatical minority is suggesting such and when zero evidence has been provided by the FBI investigation to support such a theory.

Aren't we talking about Game 3? I don't recall anything particularly suspicious about Game 5, other than the Suns being unable to make a shot once they ran out of gas halfway through the fourth quarter.

You've read the stuff about the gambling lines moving a lot, I trust. That's fairly compelling circumstantial evidence. Obviously there's a long way to go before any definitive conclusions can be drawn, but to say that there is "zero" evidence of manipulation is indulging in some pretty selective information assessment.

Mao might be right in the assessment that the ref might have had only the over-under in mind when manipulating the game. In game 3, Donaghy was probably betting on 'under', which explains why he called fouls so swiftly to inactivate Amare. Without Amare and allowing Spurs to manhandle Nash, the scores might be indeed more likely go under than over.

However, as a consequence, they incidentally chose the Spurs to be the winner out of that game.
