Back in July, right before training camp started, Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray took 12 teammates -- wide receivers, tight ends and running backs -- to Los Angeles for an all-expenses paid week-long trip. They worked out for a few hours every day at UCLA and then spent the rest of the day bonding.The goal of the trip was to get everyone on the same page with Murray on the field and behind a cohesiveness off of it.
Now, with the season opener days away, Murray and his teammates will see if their time together will pay off -- in wins, in an offensive explosion and in their locker room.My story on

Cardinals WR Xavier Weaver again wasn't participating during the open portion of Thursday's practice. He was working off to the side.Only other Cardinal I didn't see was Joey Blount.

Very disappointed they won't wear the red jerseys with white pants. Or even vice-versa. But I do love the all whites and all blacks.

Also not a fan of the reds at home and whites away... especially considering that the red jerseys say "ARIZONA" on the front. I should hope that the home fans are aware that they're in Arizona.
