Here is my list of options at #16. No particular order here. Some of these guys will very likely be selected before 16. This may be a little high for some of the players, but it is early in the process.

DL
Mason Graham - Michigan
Kenneth Grant - Michigan
Walter Nolen - Ole Miss
Derrick Harmon - Oregon
Omar Norman-Lott - Tennessee
Shemar Stewart - Texas A&M

EDGE
Abdul Carter - Penn St
James Pearce Jr - Tennessee
Jalon Walker - Georgia
Mike Green - Marshall
Mykel Williams - Georgia
Princely Umanmielen - Ole Miss

EDIT: Point of note. I don't rate any of the OL options as better options. They may rank similarly, but the current roster and positional value bumps them. Same with WR and CB. Also, Malaki Starks and Ashton Jeanty could be available when the Cardinals picks and would be better prospects but not an option IMO.
I like your top 3 DTs. I’d put Harmon before Nolen who’s mostly an anchor. I think Umanmielen is the most undevalued Edge; most versatile.

are we concerned about graham/grant and walker/williams benefiting off each other?

Looks a lot like a Darius Robinson clone with maybe a bit more burst. I like him as I liked DRob last year. I don't know about having two guys that similar on the same line. Seems like it would make you very light up front. Shemar is a bit frustrating to watch because he really struggles to finish sacks.

If Kyzir walks

And I’m usually opposed to ILB in the first two rounds

But if Carson Schwesinger is there in the 2nd, which he most likely will be

I would really have to think about it
