    They really just need to work on his effort level.I almost certainly had unfair expectations for his development, but I do feel somewhat justified because there was so much talk not only from the organization but also directly from him about how much harder he works everybody else.

    Hey guys, to me with Jackson it's all about limiting the turnovers and hitting his jump shots with at least decent consistency.. He doesn't need to be a great shooter necessarily although that wwouldn't hurt. This team needs all the help it can get.
