    I disagree. A "leader of men" doesn't blame his team and everyone else for losing. You take responsibility even if you are not at fault. Thats what real leaders do. Even backup QBs know this. He almost ran our pro bowl CB out of town. But his system works right? Screw that guy.

    I got ya. And yes for the most part this is true. As far as last year, me personally i was indifferent on Wilks, didnt like Holcomb and hated the Mccoy hiring. Im really liking the way this one is shaping up.
