    I would even argue that being on TV generally makes you less smart - people are elevated in major media positions when they are easily manipulated into towing the company line for the most part.

    yeah.. our scouting needs to be revamped completely. Look at what Seattle does. Every year people question at least half of their picks, and every year their picks mostly work out. That scouting department is SUPERB. Ours is the exact opposite.

    I have no idea why people keep giving Jurecki a safety net and employing him. He is absolutely awful and an absolutely unbearable human being. He should have been run out of this market / industry a decade ago.
