    He is more valuable to the Cards because he knows Arians' complex offense inside and out. He can step in any time he is needed without losing a step. Dunno if he would be a good fit on another team otherwise the Cards would have received trade offers.

    I respect that. FWIW, I stopped drinking soda a long time ago as well. Not so much a conscious decision, I just don't like sugar and carbonation. I am addicted to flavored bottled water, tho.
