This seems like it occurs fairly often and the 10 year difference between them may have Monty looking at Jones like I am your captain too.

Suns Media Day and Training Camp

What my boss does is call me in their office, shut the door and I see a neutral witness sitting in a chair against the wall, sits down and says....I heard you got a problem with me do you want to talk about it? I say nah, I'm good and blank stares as my boss tells me the policy & how highly...

Get rid of all of them. They allowed him to behave without consequences for years.

I think when the players union said we represent all players that Jones had a talk with the team players and asked well how do you feel.

I laughed so hard I almost choked. But you tell no lies.

Usually when Unions make these kind of statements representing all its constituents....there was a vote. Did the players all vote for this because that would be huge. And if no player refutes this statement then by default the players have spoken.

So Booker contract signing is no way saying Sarver is all good with him....even if he knew at the time he signed.

Something internally was wrong. Just my thought but it is coincidental And these people with these attitudes are everywhere. If I was Booker knowing what I know, no way I'm not accepting $50 mil per year when my contract can be traded. And more than likely this same attitudes is somewhere else...

Robert Sarver is in Big Trouble (ANNOUNCES SALE PROCESS)

It's going to get ugly. There is a reason Sarver felt comfortable behaving as he did for years. To me that's a whole another level of a problem. I really feel sorry for the players. I also think the players learned of the info that was coming out in game 6 &7. Two back to back total collapses...

All I see is Sarver saying......."This is the American Way." "If I'm going down, I'm taking a whole lot of people with me." Nino Brown, New Jack City Paula Deen gets second act, finds cash savior Paula Deen Ventures said private-equity firm Najafi Companies is investing $75 million to...

Nice response to the facts. No way he can ignore 300+ of his co-workers. No way he could sugar coat a hostile environment his co-workers he deals with daily had to deal with. If he spoke to fans about their comments to players called up from the gleague, there was no way he wouldn't speak up for...

Robert Sarver is in Big Trouble (ANNOUNCES SALE PROCESS)

He allegedly also called Ayton a lazy ________ It must be extremely difficult for the players & coaches. Monty & James are both on records stating that not the Sarver I know and never heard of what Sarver's being accused of. What do they say now? How do they feel? Over 300 fellow co-workers...

Only thing is is in the NBA drafting is a part of the game. No way around it because eventually your old cycle ends and a new one has to be formed and players have a short shelf life.

And Smith clearly was not ready to meet the standard of a winning team and later looks like he learned & is learning from that experience for all the world too see...unlike more desired rookies who got freedom to roam who were allowed to take their lumps & bumps on losing team... a team the Suns...

    Suns Off-season Thread

I don't mean to unbeat a dead horse but when you formulate a thought you have to include more than one single thought without ignoring other thoughts that counter. If I am going to believe a player with his own demons then I gots to consider those thoughts from others...and also listen to a well...

    Suns Off-season Thread

I think the Suns more like Monty dealt the hand he had the way he wanted in order to win. Jones said all the time he was building a 5 X 3 roster. Monty used 5 X 2 some times 5 X 1.75. And he won with that. Whether a 5 X 3 is doable or whether a Jones' post up forward is something Monty will...

But CP3 said the exact opposite. I mean the exact opposite of Smith's work ethic and offered more insight to how hard it is for players to not play like that. I can get the video of it..even Monty said Smith was always working...Jones said it too....all on video. And then when Smith did...

    Suns Off-season Thread

I'm quite sure Smith is glad he was moved too where he's shown he was the top 20 prospect he was projected. He will forever be in the shadows of how the Monty dealt with him. He's got a lot to prove and looks like Carlisle is giving him all the opportunity to do it....ironically as the 2nd big...

Playing from the Center spot using the power forward skills is what he was good at at Maryland, the stretch of good games he played with the Suns and at Indiana. He was never stand in the corner waiting for the 3 player. When Monty said he didn't know Smith was good at rebounding at Maryland...

    Suns Off-season Thread

It would have been interesting to see what happen with Smith had the Suns took any number of the other players the Suns "passed" on. Most of those passed on players were 1s, 2s and 3s playing 30+ minutes taking 15 shots.....and it would be interesting to see what Monty would have done with them...

    Suns Off-season Thread

It probably shocked the Suns that had they played Smith just 15-20 minutes & paid him just his rookie salary he would have come back. That's basically what Indiana did. They played him enough to show him he would get time yet hid him in plain sight by limiting his minutes and playing 28...
