With the 8th pick in the NFL Draft......

A lot of players on both sides of the ball are going to be available at pick #8. I’m no sweating the first round this year.

    Running back.

Not bad. I don’t believe Okudah will be available and I don’t feel the price for Diggs will be right. Unless the team does something foolish I’d be very happy with Brown, Simmons, Wills or Wirfs. Receiver isn’t my preference but having a dynamic player like Jeudy or Lamb wouldn’t be a bad...

    Running back.

I’m not trying to speak for him but it sounds as if he would like this team to try to fill every position on the team with a player who isn’t a street free agent or backup. I agree with him to a point but I also believe that you have to take chances and try to bring in as much talent as you...

    Running back.

I’m sure there’s a few teams out there that will take a look and try to get something done but I don’t believe it’s going to cost $6 million to bring him back. If the Cardinals want Drake they should be able to get a deal done.

    Running back.

Not a lot of teams need running backs so I don’t see anybody giving Drake a massive contract. I like him and think he’s a good back who seems to fit this offense extremely well. I’d actually be surprised if the Cardinals didn’t get a deal done with him.

    Humps contract structure

I love that deal from a team standpoint. I was in favor of signing DJ because I believe he’s entering his prime and developing into the player they thought he would be when they drafted him. If it doesn’t work out it’s easy to move on.

    DJ Humphries Re-Signed

So glad they brought him back. You don’t get better as a team by letting good players walk away. I like Thomas and Wirfs but I like Brown and Okudah more so here’s hoping one of them falls.

Keim is excited about his plan for the offseason

Agree. People want him gone but it’s pretty obvious that MB is onboard with all of these decisions. If the team is playing the same next year a change is probably going to happen.

    Chase Young might happen:)

    The Lane Johnson contract extension.

You start by not allowing your 25 year old starting left tackle leave via free agency because you don’t want to pay him.

    The Lane Johnson contract extension.

DJ is young and it’s a position of need for many teams. It only takes one GM to feel DJ is the man.

    The Lane Johnson contract extension.

The Cardinals are not in the position where they can allow Humphries to leave. Get a deal done or tag him.

Patrick Peterson “always up for contract negotiations”

I’m good with this. I believe he’s declining but he’s better than anybody they could replace him with in the off-season other than striking gold in the draft or paying a heavy price via trade or free agency. My expectations were low this season and I was fine with that considering the changes...

    OT: about Justin Herbert.....

If he’s fine medically there is no way he makes it past teams like Oakland, LAC, Tennessee and Miami who could draft Chase Young and use their draft capital to navigate the draft anyway they want. Of course this all depends on his recovery

    OT: about Justin Herbert.....

If he has no complications during his recovery he’ll be gone long before New England picks.

    OT: Thanksgiving Games

I wonder who’s going to be coaching the Cowboys next year. I can’t see Lincoln Riley leaving Oklahoma to take that job and deal with Jones. It won’t be Garrett though
  17. Frank The Fixer

    Kyler Murray

McCarthy and Bienimy declined to interview for the position so that leaves Dan Campbell from his list.

    OT: Other games 11-24-19

I really like Lamar but going to a well run organization like Baltimore really helps. I’m not trying to take anything away from Jackson’s play which has been outstanding but Baltimore seems to make the right decisions every year.

Is there nothing finer than seeing a hated division rival get embarrassed on national TV?

Very little draft capital and cap flexibility going forward. For a team that was being painted as top tier a year ago the future looks abysmal.
  21. Frank The Fixer

    Kyler Murray

I agree the second year is extremely important and I know Kyler’s success isn’t set in stone. This team still has a lot of holes and the league has a tendency to figure out newer trends fairly quickly so things that the Cardinals are doing well today might not be working next season. Murray...

    Kyler Murray

Rosen was my top quarterback going into the 2018 draft and I was thrilled when the Cardinals selected him and like you my hope was the Cardinals would select Williams or Bosa and Kingsbury would develop Rosen. But then you look at how everything has transpired in Rosen’s career since he declared...
