    well that was vintage phoenix this year. A great play followed by a defensive lapse. Though i'm glad it was parker shooting a foot inside the arch as opposed to a wide-open layup. Either way, this is looking rather grim.

    ^^ New Orleans says no. West has a back to the basket game, and that's why they keep him. When the game slows down to half-court sets, they need someone like him. West is a better fit there, and probably close to Amare when it comes to talent.

    His 2 turnovers a game are definitely a problem for someone getting those minutes. He doesn't even get stuck handling the ball much, if at all. But he is shooting 37% from three. He did improve there, so i can't bash that part of his game this year.

    Amare's rebounding is bad too. The draft pick the suns receive would most likely be used to grab a big man anyway.
