RB Rashard Mendenhall — 1 year; $2 million salary; $500,000 signing bonus. He can earn up to $1 million more in incentives. Source: Players Association.
QB Drew Stanton — 3 years, $8.2 million total. $2 million signing bonus. He has significant escalators that kick in if he is a successfull...
Why? Can anyone tell me why we are picking him up? Is he gonna now return punts instead of Peterson? He is a terrible wide receiver because he doesn't even know how to play the position.
LMAO if the Cards are doing this to go after Ed Reed or Nnamdi, I should really stop cheering for this team. Hopefully they use this $6 million towards players that aren't actually washed out.
For what it's worth, Daniel Jerimiah would like Maualuga in AZ:

@mikejurecki Maualuga would be a perfect compliment to D. Washington. He's a downhill missile and Washington can cleanup after him.
I don't see why you guys always say "Oh, this guy has injury history so it's a bad signing". The reality is, most running backs have some injury history. Even the best like AP, suffer bad injuries because being a running back takes a lot of work on the body. At least Mendenhall's two injuries...
Plus you guys are forgetting Arians was the Offensive Coordinator for the Steelers while Mendenhall was there. I'm sure they already have some great chemistry.
He's a solid running back I can't see why some people dislike the signing. He has averaged 4 yards per carry every season since his rookie year and has rushed for over 1,000 yards in 2 seasons. Plus he is only 24 and has a lot of upside. And yea I remember what he said about 9/11 but he...
@JasonLaCanfora:
Mendenhall should get plenty of work in AZ, and gets to test the market again at a younger age, always huge for RBs, where money is tight
Steven Jackson and Amhad Bradshaw. I don't see either of them going to the Cardinals so the Cards HAVE to get Mendenhall or else they may have to spend a draft pick on one.
Yea I'm waiting for the details too. It's a given that they overpaid for him so even though I wanted the Cardinals to pick up Bush, I didn't want them to spend much more on him than what he's worth.
