For a first game I thought the O Line play was much improved over any time last year. Faniaka looks as if he wants to start in his hometown. Cason is a pro and shuts down the deep ball. Buckner is showing that he can ba an NFL receiver. It will be nice if we can have some local folks on this...
3 of 4, control of the team. Hit Stansengermanguy in stride for a T D. Head coach giving a high 5 to him. No QB we had last year should have the season counted against them with the terrible offensive line. Instead Russ Grimm should never coach again and Whistlebunt looks as bad as an O C as...
The Bridge
I live a few miles from the border and this one is very close to how it is at it's worst. My son is in Las Cruces and has a girlfriend who lives 3-4 blocks from the Bridge. They were surprised that a T V show had the guts to tell this gritty a story.
I like the Mexican cop...
I still think that the offensive line must be the first part of the team that has to be fixed. Most of our journeymen B's could still have won if they haden't been terrified of being mauled.
Had we started the season with a good offensive line the qb's we have would have had time to settle down and develop. They are so gun shy now it is pitiful.
Unfortunately I agree with him. This is the time for a new coach, currently on the staff who is respected by players, to take charge and finish the season.
Very few people in life get another chance. Kurt Warner did and he made the most of it. There are many folks in AZ who would really like to see you succeed. It is up to you to grab the ring and make the most of it.
Switch Peterson to WR, Keep Lindley at QB, have Lindley throw a pass that will be intercepted and have Peterson take the ball away from the defender and then run for a touchdown. Do this 3-4 times a game and we sneak into the playoffs.
we must have been watching a different game. It was clear to me that Billick was saying that Lindley had no idea what was going on and that gave the cards no chance of winning the game. Skelton has a known record of coming through during the 4th quarter of a game.
