    Willis McGahee = Quitter

OMG, too funny! Talk about your character issues - what kind of man puts down the controller on a game of Madden!!!! :O

    Roland: Joining Packers A 'No-Brainer'

Damn hard to get more than 1 ypc when you have a DT standing where the hole is supposed to be.

Hey, check out this great band

I have only heard Big Moxie once at a party at a Diamondbacks game for 101.5. I liked them quite a bit - good party band. If you want to hear some of their movie in an independent horror film check it out here www.silokiller.com Not a great movie but the soundtrack is by local bands.

Teams headed for a fall in 2004

Re: Re: Teams headed for a fall in 2004 With the exception of that wounded duck he threw up against Philly. That would be a horrible way to end the career.

    Roland: Joining Packers A 'No-Brainer'

It's too bad he had to move on. Roland and Fitz were two coaches I wanted to stick around. Oh well. Good RB coach and seemed like a real good guy, too. Wish him well.

Krang's new autobiography just came out

Ooh, I call Head of Secret Police! Everybody who serves for me will have to refer to me as "The Masculine Bastard"!

    21 Grams

I told you we'd agree with a movie sometime, Shane. Waste of time. Very strong performances and an intriguing story are wasted on a director who doesn't know which story he wants to tell. Unfortunately the constant jump cuts and flashbacks butcher this movie. By the end I didn't even care...

Who is the one player you want to see...

It's all about Brian Gilmore and that deep threat speed of his.

This is so much fun watching all you guys rip

    Must . . . fight . . . urge . . . . to . . . . comment!!!!

    I'll try a mock

Shaun Phillips plays much faster than his speed indicates. Much like Terrell Suggs, and much like his predecessor Rosevelt Colvin. He doesn't take control of games the way Colvin used to but he's a playmaker and should be looked at sometime on the second day (I believe Colvin was a 5th round pick)

    Vacation TIME! Going to Arizona!

We could use more Cards fans in the state! Tucson would be my pick over Phoenix. Phoenix is a sprawling mass of stucco homes that all look the same and people from out of state who complain about the state. There are perks here (Old Town Scottsdale, Mill Avenue) but it's way too flat and...

    Wow...The Village...

There's a pretty scathing script review somewhere on the web (I remember reading it but I don't remember where). I'll put faith in M. Night though cause I've enjoyed all his movies so far.

Movie-A-Day #109: Monty Python and the Holy Grail

My absolute favorite scene is when King Arthur encounters the peasants on his land who rule themselves through a democratic tribunal. Close second is Sir Robin encountering the three-headed knight. The whole movie cracks me up no matter how many times I see it.

    Magnolia

My biggest problem with this movie is that the first five minutes shows situations of incredible coincidences, leading us to believe that the ensuing stories will be wrapped up with incredible coincidences. Instead, the stories just kind of come together, as if the writer ran out of ideas and...

It's so simple, maybe you guys need a refresher course...

I actually really like the choice of Clarence Farmer. I've been saying since his sophmore year that the guy will be a stud. He's got some mental issues but if he puts his act together he can be a gamebreaker at RB. In the 6th or 7th rounds I think it's worth a risk. My homer pick would be...

    Fatal Frame 2: Crimson Butterfly

Don't think video games can be scary? If you have a Playstation 2 and enjoy survival horror video games I highly recommend you check out Fatal Frame 2. I have played every survival horror game for the PS2 and this is the best one I've ever played. In terms of storyline, development...

Can anyone recommend a good RPG?

If you still have a game saved, get Yuna in yellow health on level 79, then go into level 80 with her already in yellow. Always save on levels before a boss fight (hint - save on level 98) to allow you to enter a boss fight in yellow. Equip Yuna with the garment grid Highroad Winds to give...

Drew Henson may have shot at baseball again

I heard a pretty funny rumor that Henson was considering going into football simply because students from Ohio State would go to all of his games just to heckle him. With his numbers that had to wear on him a bit. :O

Can anyone recommend a good RPG?

I agree with the characters, the exception being Yuna. I really enjoyed the development they gave to her - her attitudes and motivations following a two year calm. Her narrations were rather heartfelt as well. Unfortunately, I never cared too much about Rikku or Paine as anything more than...

    mdamien13 You were correct!

I can't argue much in that it is a waste of horror. I take it you were duped by the Hollywood hype machine that this was the next great horror film. I enjoyed it for what it was - a silly homage to 70's horror film (many sequences and camera shots were lifted directly from such horror films as...

Can anyone recommend a good RPG?

I just beat FFX-2 and while it was a very good game, not quite on par with FFX (and the ending isn't nearly as good, either). For Final Fantasies I was always partial to part VIII myself. I believe they have a PC port of that one available. If you haven't played part VII you should look...

    Monster

Wow. What a great movie, albeit a fairly depressing one. This is the movie about Aileen Wuornos (Charlize Theron), the female serial killer who was executed in Florida for the murders of 6 men. The movie is told from her point of view, so we get to see life through the eyes of a girl who...
