It's more that he is highly respected in the franchise and I doubt he leaves. Yes he's 36 but I still think he's better than Rolle in just about every way.

Of course, because he made a bunch of Pro Bowls six years ago. Try watching an Eagles game - he makes Rolle look like Ronnie Lott these days.

Free up cap with/out Edge (5Mill?)

Freein' up 5Mill when Edge is off the payroll. (?) That'll help get Q in.

Question regarding our cap. Would we be able to re-sign Dansby, Warner and extend Q and get Gamble and Jordan Gross?

I figure that Gandy, Berry, we are not going to re-sign Green, and may not re-sign Rolle. Plus the expected releasing of Edge and quite possibly Okeafor to free up more cash. We should be able to do those things right?

Edge would save us $5 million, I think Gandy's cap number is like $6 million, Berry sheds like another $5 million, it just seems like our cap situation is going to allow us to do some things.

As for Wilson and Dockett, I give them a guarantee to take care of them next year if they continue to work hard. Got to worry about those we could lose this year first. I am sure they would understand that it would be best for the team and them in the long run.
