Goldschmidt, the (almost) Hebrew Hammer, is slowly becoming my most favorite Diamondback.
Didn't Kendrick mention that Drew's agent was holding him back? Something about being more concerned about next year than this?I believe that for Kendrick to say what he did about Drew, there was plenty said behind closed doors that we will probably never know about. We are all mushrooms, kept in the dark and fed $hit.

+100!
I am extremely impressed with how he learned and made the appropriate adjustments thus far this season. He got off to a very poor start and often times looked completely lost at the plate. But he worked his butt off, put the time in, soaked up everything Baylor has been preaching to him and is now tearing it up! Very much unlike Upton!
He still struggles with the curve ball... but, I have no doubt he'll get that figured out in due time!
And of course, he is a rock on defense!! Love the guy!!
14 game hitting streak!
Drew's personal team and the D-Backs medical staff strongly disagree with what 100 percent is. Drew's team believes 100 percent is after a certain period of team when he has regained full motion and coordination. The D-Backs medical staff isn't buying it -- no need for further rest or testing. This has been going on since the season began. It has put the sides at odds, so now Drew's being obstinate in private. Kendrick's public comments were meant to be political posturing.
I blame Borass
I'm not opposed to that option at all. I think he was in the grassy knoll.
And he has lifted his fielding in LF to a new level. In addition to reaching a lot of hit balls and being dependable, he is among the league leaders in outfield assists.Kubel has been by far our most consistent hitter in the line up, even during the May drought.
