Just got in to caqtch game 1 with 9 minutes on the clock. Heat was up by 6, but Lebron bricks 2 shots in a row, and called his coach for a time out. If you hurt, why are you shooting it?
Unless LeBron is having back surgery tomorrow, how the hell is he NOT in this game?!
Well the NBA should replay this game. How bush league is that? It is also not the first time the Spurs arena is in the news.. Surely the NBA has some regulation for the climate inside the arena.
My guess is that it is an advantage for the Spurs since they live off of their deep rotation while Miami relies on Lebron heavily.
Before it was bats or snakes in the visitors locker room.
As someone who's had many bouts of leg cramps in the past, I have complete sympathy for Lebron in this instance. Once they start due to hydration, it's near impossible (or was for me anyways) to get it under control in a timely manner. It's not something you can just treat and get back in the game.

There is absolutely no reason to replay that game unless you just want the Heat to win. Both teams played in the same conditions, well, the Spurs looked like they were in better condition.

I hope your kidding. There's no way that any human being on this planet could play a Finals game while being in that kind of pain and through those back spasms.
I'm calling LeBron an idiot for even trying to come back and playing through it (that's when he hit the layup).
This isn't like the flu or something. He could have ended his career there or had very serious health problems going forward. He needs to be smarter and think of the fact that he has a wife and kids.
"It was the whole left leg, damn near the whole left side," James said.
Wasn't his back or spasm. His leg cramped up.

LeBron James had to leave Game 1 late in the fourth quarter with severe cramping, needing to be carried off the floor to the bench.
James attempted to reenter the game, but Erik Spoelstra didn't allow him with the game slipping away.
"I was going to try to give it a go and Spo said no. It sucks at this point in time in the season. You know, after I made that layup we was down two and, you know, as well as they played we still had a chance. You know, after I came out of the game, they kinda took off. And it was frustrating sitting out and not be able to help our team."
James' whole left leg was cramping.
"The best option for me to do was not to move. I tried and any little step or nudge, it would get worse. It would lock up worse and my muscles spasmed 10 out of 10. Best thing for me to do was just not to move, and, you know, it was frustrating."
