Chandler Parsons a free agent
Chandler Parsons will decline his player option for the 2016-17 season.
He would've made $16 million next season if he opted in, but his decision will make him an unrestricted free agent on July 1

The 76ers were involved in trade discussions for both George Hill and Jeff Teague up until the very last minute. In the market for vet PG.

Robin Lopez! LOL

Bulls must be doing something else--Noah on his way out?

Yup, he is gone. On the radio they said Lopez has out produced Noah by a good amount. Noah is a shell of himself.

Grant is the player the Bulls wanted. Calderon probably starts the season is the starting PG, but I think Grant finishes. Lopez is a slightly cheater and more reliable player than Noah right now.

High risk, high reward for the Knicks, while the Bulls got 3 role players for the same price as Rose.

Deron Williams opts out of his deal in Dallas. I know his career has been in decline since he left Utah but he's not that old and should be affordable. I can't see him getting paid more than either Knight or Bledsoe. I wonder if that could hurt the market if the Suns are shopping either player now that a serviceable and cheaper option is available without giving up assets. Virtually all teams will have cap room so it's less of a gamble to bring in Williams than send out assets for Knight or Bledsoe.

With the new cap he's definitely worth more than the $5 mil he was scheduled to make.

Wow I thought Young had more value than that.

I think they were looking for a pass first guy. He is still talented. I agree that #20 in this week draft seems like nothing to give up for the guy.

Isn't it unusual to have trades right before the draft? I don't remember anything like this before.
