Don't sleep on him. He is an outstanding RB. Lousy blocker but does everything else you like a RB to do. Shifty, explosive and very fluid in and out of cuts. Very capable receiver out of the backfield.
my guess is they plan to use him as a pass catcher most often.... dude gets way to indecisive behind the line of scrimmage... he freezes behind the line when there isnt a big hole,...or he starts trying to stretch plays out and loses yardage...

Sounds like he's in the Tarik Cohen mold.

One thing is clear to me, Keim was not happy with the offensive output last year.

Cool, his sister lives here and she's a child psychologist. Intelligence and character pick with a high upside.

He's going to run the ball a bit. His indecisiveness is a product of him looking for the homerun every run and a byproduct of a porous offensive line. Can be coached out of him. Same thing was said about David Johnson.

Why take another TJ Logan?

"Edmonds is a twitchy runner at his best pressing the line and bouncing back or to the outside. He makes defenders miss in the hole and in space, but isn't much of a threat to pull away and grades out as a No. 3 change-of-pace back who potentially returns kickoffs."

So Keim......

Intrigued by the player, but like these mid round guys hes taken in the past, i cant shake the feeling he took them about 50 spots early.

Funny, but Chase is who I kept giving to the Cards in my multitude of mock drafts. Only thing different was I took him in 7th round in all those mocks. Never dreamed of him being an earlier round pick, but loved the tape I saw of him from the very beginning.

Whatever people might think of how good/bad he is, he's definitely a guy we wanted. We didn't settle.

It's a bit of a stretch to expect to find a first year starting quality corner at the end of the 4th round. Just have to stick to the board and take the best guy available.
Yep. They have some options. No sense just bringing in another body. They will try to sign another one with experience afterwards.
