Remains to be seen whether #Dbacks will carry three catchers, but the way Chris Herrmann has hit the ball today — two rockets, one off a RHP and one off a LHP — certainly bodes well for him.

Chris Herrmann adds a sac fly to make it 5-1 #Dbacks in the seventh inning.

I waited for 6 PM to see the Fox Sports Arizona replay (not shown live during the afternoon because the Suns game was on), because I wanted to see Steve and BB.

Despite it being a D-backs home game, the KC broadcast was the one shown on Fox Sports Arizona. What a bummer! So I read about the game online instead.

Go D-backs!

I wonder how many times Bracho gets hit before they decide that he is not a Major League pitcher.

Not only his stats, but he looks like a kid on the mound trying to get the ball to home plate. His body language is weak. Very reminiscent of BK Kim who, despite his horrible 3-game performance in NY, we won a World Series.

Yup, Greinke out after one inning with a right groin tightness. 'Hope it's nothing serious.

It looks like the D-backs are ready for the humidor. Line drives. 4-0 lead in the 2nd so far.

And here's a prediction. David Peralta is going to lead the NL in batting average this season. He's hitting over .500.

A solid first five in the batting order. Peralta, Pollock, Goldy, Lamb and Souza.
