I doubt that we "hate" Mike D'Antoni. We just don't respect his approach.Id like to see dantoni win a championship. Prove all the haters wrong.
Should’ve done it all along.Marc J. Spears (@MarcJSpearsESPN) tweeted at 2:27 PM on Sat, Apr 14, 2018:

Spurs honestly should’ve never made playoffs without Kawhi. They should’ve tanked for a lotto pick. It's a shame because the Spurs could have a legit shot at upsetting the Warriors with Kawhi back.
Wow.Brett Brown says Joel Embiid will be out Game 1 vs. Heat, per @dpshow

He is really not that smart. Ha. Maybe McD was all in for the tank and used Watson to get us there last year! (this is a joke, Cheese). This guy was our freaking head coach. Good god!
Over the course of an entire season that would be 10 wins. Difference between 40 and 50 wins. In the nba that’s a huge difference in talent and seeding. And if it dropped to a difference between 35 and 45 wins it’s a difference of lottery or playoffs. This is how I think the first round will play out..
Houston over the Wolves in 5
OKC over the Jazz in 7
New Orleans over the Blazers in 7, maybe 6.
Warriors over the Spurs in 5, if Kawhi returns I can see this series going 7 but still favor the Warriors.
Toronto sweeps Washington
Cleveland sweeps the Pacers
Miami beats Philadelphia in 7
Boston over the Bucks in 6
I think Anthony Davis will continue to play like a beast. Any chance the Pelicans might consider trading him will disappear, it was unlikely already but once he's able to lead them to some postseason success he'll be untouchable. That's been the knock on him so far, he isn't helping them win. Too bad that is the #3 vs #6 matchup because seeing Gentry coach against D'Antoni might be fun to watch. If they had Cousins that would be a really interesting matchup with 2 of the best frontcourt players in the league against 2 great backcourt players in Harden and Chris Paul. Maybe we'll see it next year.
In the East the Wizards will blow things up if they're swept, which I think will happen. They got John Wall on the books through 2023 making a ton of money, having signed a 4 year/$170 million dollar extension last offseason. They played just as good without him as they did with him this year. He missed 41 games and they went 23-18 with him and 18-23 without him. I don't think 5 wins is worth almost $9 million a piece.
