I've seen culiver from Texas tech as high as 4 in mock drafts and I got to say he looks pretty unimpressive in every game I've got to watch this tournament
Just cost Texas Tech with his incredibly low IQ defense on the game tying 3 by Virginia at the end of the 2nd half in regulation.I've seen culiver from Texas tech as high as 4 in mock drafts and I got to say he looks pretty unimpressive in every game I've got to watch this tournament
Dikembe relative, right?Mfiondu Kabengele is entering the 2019 draft. I've only seen him play twice but for some reason he sticks in my memory.
Perhaps the Suns should consider drafting him in the second round.

Bad foreshadowing for lottery.Predictable. Hopefully it doesn't matter.

So what’s the math problem to figure out the odds of them getting a top 3 pick?

Ah that’s right. Man I think the suns have lost every coin flip they’ve ever had, haven’t they?Maybe not...We lost the Milwaukee coin flip last year and got the #1 pick later that offseason.

It’s a good comparison unless you’ve ever actually watched them both play.Found a pretty dead-on comparison for Ja Morant:

It would be a mistake for the Suns to rely on Ja Morant as the immediate answer at point guard, just as it was a mistake for the Grizzlies to rely on Daniels in the same manner after drafting him #4 overall.
He needs a jump shot. But he’s got the body, athleticism and attitude from the few games I saw. Still kinda raw.Yup. Mfiondu Kabengele is the nephew of Dikembe Mutombo.
I think he has a chance to play in the NBA and he has the measurements at 6'10" and around 250.

It's a crap comparison even without watching them both play. Morant is an elite passer and Daniels wasn't. It's even worse when you have seen them both. It’s a good comparison unless you’ve ever actually watched them both play.

Nobody who turns the ball over as much as Morant should ever be called an "elite passer".
These guys have the ball in their hands a LOT, and face double teams more than most players. There will be turn overs based on just the amount of time they have the ball. The top 10 in the entire NBA in turnovers per game last year:
James Harden
Russell Westbrook
Devin Booker
Trae Young
John Wall
Giannis
LeBron
Joel Embiid
Ben Simmons
Luka Doncic
