Milwaukee is winning it all. I doubt gs even makes the finals without Durant.

I don't think they'll be invincible for that long , top 5 team ya, but I'd bet that next year or maybe even this year may be there last on top, teams are getting better in the west each year and they are gonna start declining especially when green leaves

Stephen Curry is one of those rare players that seldom comes along. As long as he remains healthy and has some talent around him, I don't see any letdown. I'd never bet against a team lead by Curry.

If only the Warriors had traded the rights to Curry for Amare Stoudemire.

Yeah they only got Steph Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond plus Iggy and Livingston just the core of a team that won 2 championships and 73 games before KD ever showed up

Yeah they suck

I agree with you but they only won 1 title before KD. He showed up after their collapse in the finals against Cleveland that would have given them 2.

The interesting there is I don’t think GS has anyone who can remotely bother Giannis. Now you can say the bucks don’t have anyone who can counter the outside shooting of the warriors, but the bucks have long exterior defenders.

If Durant is healthy for a Bucks series then I think he can do well against Giannis. Horford did a hell of a job on Giannis in game 1 of the Boston series but then the Celtics fell apart. I think a good coach can watch tape from that game 1 defeat and maybe even the Suns wins against the Bucks with Ayton guarding him and find a way to play Giannis.

The worst matchup for Milwaukee is Toronto. Kawhi can lockdown Giannis as well as anyone and should be a handful on the other end of the court. They also have Siakam and Ibaka to throw on Giannis for stretches, which will not allow him any easy matchups. I really like Toronto's chances. That is if they can get past Philly, which I think they will.

An exciting 7th game between Nuggets and Trail Blazers.

Blazers lead by 4 in Denver with only 4:26 to go.

Portland and Golden State for the Western Conference finals. The way Lillard and McCollum have played I think they might be able to upset Golden State if KD is out for the first 4 games. I don't think the Blazers will sweep but if they can get a 3-1 lead, that will hurt Golden State. Even a 2-2 series after 4 might make it hard for Golden State to rally and win it.

I wrote them off when Nurkic got hurt but they've played great team basketball. I'd love to see Lillard get a title but it's still an uphill battle for them.

That’s interesting. Toronto does match up well. Especially with waves.

Not sure if anyone else watched the Denver/Portland game but it seemed like Portland was almost content playing close for the 3rd quarter, just biding their time to make a move. They spent most of that quarter down by 4-5 points and then in the 4th they started amping things up some more, playing more even and then pulled ahead with about 4 minutes to go and didn't look back. It was a very well coached game by Terry Stotts.

I believe it was Webber who brought up that Denver had yet to have their hearts broken in the playoffs and that's part of why they lost today, they're not used to that big game 7 atmosphere. They'll be better next year and any less than a Western Conference finals trip will be seen as a let down. They're so young with most of their key guys locked in that they should be able to come back and do well next year now that they've gained this experience.

There is something about Lillard and CJ that reminds me of Isiah and Dumars in that all four were combo guards, not exactly traditional pg's. Lillard is like Isiah--primarily in the spotlight. But in crunch time when teams gave Isiah a hard time, Joe always stepped up. Now please, don't jump on me and say "they are absolutely nothing like each other" and start comparing height and weight and crap. The only comparison I am trying to make is the one I did make.

Portland always plays the Warriors tough. McCollum is tough and Lillard of course grew up in Oakland so he has extra incentive when he comes home. add in Seth Curry and it should be interesting again.

If you had told me Lillard goes 3-17 today I'd expect Denver to win. But of course Murray went 4-18 and for some odd reason Beasley only played 7 minutes, I really like him. Seems like Denver is right there and should be really good again next year, this was the experience their young guys needed. Jokic is amazing.

Warriors in 5 , regular season is one thing but this is the first year the trailblazers have even looked competent in the playoffs they tend to choke, I don't think this is even gonna be a close series

I thought the Raptors might run away from the 76ers today at home but no one has really stepped up to help Leonard except Ibaka.

Siakam only has 9 points thus far.

It's a 2 point game with 7:46 in the 4th quarter.

No one has choked harder than the Warriors and their 3-1 finals collapse. I said that if Portland can take advantage of KD missing the first couple of games then they might upset the Warriors. I expect to see the Warriors win but I don't believe they'll steamroll Portland. It should be a great series and I'd be really surprised if the Warriors can close them out in 5.

Raptors beat 76ers at the buzzer on a shot by Leonard.

It bounced all over the rim and went down.

Leonard finished with 41 points.

Why does anybody want to watch a press conference with the losing coach?

If I want to be depressed and uncomfortable I could....

Steph Curry also got hurt in that series and was a shell in those games. You can’t ignore that

Actually a really good comparison.
