This doesn't answer your question for the entire NBA but I found this for the 2019 NBA Draft Combine.

Tyler Herro and Brandon Clarke project to be good NBA players.

There are other factors that go with it such as: athleticism, leaping ability and quick release on the shot.
That’s right, I forgot clarke had poor wingspan. Thx

Ibaka was a better athlete than Smith projects to be but I don’t remember him as an elite one. He was freakishly long and had great instincts defensively right away. I agree about Jalen not being close right now to contribute physically he moves more like Channing Frye.
Frye seems like a pretty good comp.

And ibaka was a pretty superb athlete.

In defense of Jalen Smith, he is an excellent shooter, fairly athletic, can rebound and block shots. He has skills. Perhaps more upside than Brandon Clarke.
More skill, less athleticism, than Clarke. If Clarke ever develops a shot he’ll sky by Jalen smith imo.

Sometimes it can be a fine line. Even scouts have trouble getting it right.

True, but you can't go from one extreme (other-worldly athleticism and raw physical tools with no skills, smarts or heart) to the other (all skills, smarts and heart with no athleticism or raw physical tools). That isn't walking a fine line. It is going from jumping off that line to the left to jumping off of it to the right...

Very interesting stuff.

The average wingspan of a power forward is 7'1" so Oubre is an inch over the average. He is listed as a small forward but he could play power forward if needed in a small ball lineup.

Interesting, Rondo is 6'1" but has a 6'9" wingspan. Also Bledsoe is 6'1" and has a 6'8" wingspan.

Under the hand size category I wish they had more listings. That's important too.
Not surprising that two of the best defensive guards (Bledsoe and rondo) have freakishly long arms.

Sam Vecenie of the Athletic just released his new NBA draft Big Board. The top 10 are chalk with the exception of Hampton being in there. For those who don’t have a subscription, here are the rankings of some of the notable players that we have been discussing:
11- Devin Vassell
12- Kira Lewis jr
14- Patrick Williams
15- Saddiq Bey
19- Precious Achiuwa
20- Desmond Bane
23- Tyrell Terry
27- Jalen Smith

Of course we have been talking about it on the forum but Kellan Olson is saying two top names to watch for in the draft regarding the Suns is Hayes and Haliburton.

Makes sense. They are the most likely future PG starters in this draft, and both can play either guard spot and back up Booker in the meantime.

The only question is where and how we get our power forward...

I could see the Suns trading down if the draft fell this way.

Knicks may not have interest in Cole Anthony as a lottery pick?

Combo forward equivalent of Devin Booker coming out of college?
If Jones wants to go with a small(ish) ball lineup Williams may be a nice compromise. 6’8” 225 with a 7’ wingspan (reported). He also has a nice frame that looks like it can continue to add pounds as he further matures. May be too young and raw for Jones’ liking though.

It's exciting teams are going to be able to visit with players in person and up to two visits per player for up to 10 players.

Additionally players will be able to have something like open workouts for multiple teams but they will count towards the 10 visits.

When is the draft/FAVbegin?

The draft is on November 18th.

Free agency has yet to be announced but it usually starts shortly after the draft. The primary reason it hasn't been announced is because the salary cap has yet to be agreed upon between players and owners.
