I saw that. Maybe they should watch the video.

The incident didn't happen in a vacuum. They should look at the left arm and shoulder of Markieff Morris as he runs over and collides with Jokic.
Agreed. Just bc it happens using the field of play doesn’t make it any less of a cheap shot. Kieff got what’s coming to him.

It's not often you see someone laid out like Kieff was and see them tossed for it as well, especially when they don't retaliate. That says all there is to how justified Jokic was. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Well worth the game for Jokic.

The Morri like to act tough in controlled situations.

They know how the NBA works, which is why he felt so comfortable coming in with a cheap shot to a vulnerable area of the league MVP with his team down almost 20 in the closing minutes

Even tried to strut away like he did something..... He ended up just catching something

I guarantee he thinks twice about cheap shotting Jokic ever again. Seeing that clip brings joy to my dark side.

You have more faith in him than I do. I expect him to gleefully cheap shot him again and then run and hide - probably behind Jimmy Butler.
I think he is more of the type to take cheap shots at people his size or smaller. I think you are giving him too much credit for not being a coward now that Jokic sent the message. I could be wrong.

I don't know if this has been posted so it may be a repeat. Nikola Jokic was suspended one game, Markieff Morris was fined $50,000 and Jimmy Butler $30,000.

It almost looks like Keif breaks into a smile just after Jokic hits him and before he hits the floor.

I didn't notice that, I'll have to watch it again. It certainly wouldn't surprise me.

What about the five members of the Miami Heat hanging out, outside of the visitors locker room waiting for Jokic? Those guys should all be fined too.

Bulls throttled Dallas tonight and are 8-3. Two new players involved in this play!

the thing is the next trip down they ran a backcut he got a lob from Iggy and reverse dunked it. Next time down back cut draws a foul. Next time down in transition Iggy lobs to him and McDaniels fouls him as he tries to tomahawk it. Iggy is like a man with a new toy he's having so much fun lobbing to GP2 it's unreal.

The kid is like 6'1", he has to be bionic

The athletes we have today aren’t human. Jalen Green might be the quickest leaper in the league. A lot of guys can jump high but he explodes to fast.

It's like, where has Gary Payton II (29) been all these years. He was with the Warriors last season as well.

28 turns 29 in about 3 weeks but yeah it took him longer to get there because people didn't think he had a position, he's not a PG not a shooter so where do you play him but he is a perfect fit with the Warriors.

Wiggins actually out dunked him tonight he hammered home one over KAT in the first half off a drive and then 2nd half caught a missed 3 by Poole and dunked it on KAT's head.

One of the funnier moments was Edwards, who finished with 48, starts talking trash to Steph and Iggy. You can read Iggy's lips "you aren't getting 50 on me". Next two trips Iggy stripped him and the game went from competitive to double digits. Edwards is brilliant but he got a little too cocky and Iggy just used it against him like a ninja.

This is such a fun team so many guys I just love to watch.

It feels like the Warriors are kicking it into gear knowing Klay Thompson is waiting in the wings. They are exciting for sure.

Their style of play fits Gary Payton II.

I can't be the only person here who is semi-interested in the Warriors because of @Russ Smith 's posts, right?

They play a fun style and other than Draymond, they're a likable bunch. It sucks they're in the same division and conference as the Suns but how often have the 2 teams been relevant at the same time? Briefly with Run TMC in the late 80's early 90's when the Suns were young and fun also with KJ, Hornacek, and Chambers. Then again in the mid 90's with Webber but the Suns had Barkley and were on a different level. Then briefly towards the end of the Nash run when the Warriors took out Dallas as an 8th seed with Baron Davis and Monte Ellis.

This year is probably the first year since the TMC days where the Suns and Warriors are expected to be within the same tier of teams and Klay's injury defused that some since the Warriors are no longer favorites in the West but still considered dark horse contenders.
