I’d be okay with that. Is it a hone run off-season? No. But it’s a solid building up the belly of the team.

All these contracts are just agreed upon. Can't actually be signed till the 6th.

The DPE can be applied for tomorrow.

With McGee, honestly it could be for the DPE amount of $4.355 mil (50% of Saric salary plus $100k) since it's pretty much a guarantee we are approved and should be approved tomorrow or before the 6th anyways. The media could have rounded the deal to $5 mil.

So there's a possibility that McGee was signed with the DPE or potentially with a portion of the MLE, we just don't know yet. With the fact that it's only a 1 yr deal, the DPE makes more sense since it can only be used on a 1 yr deal.

The BAE can sign up to 2 yrs and MLE can be split or single player up to 4 yrs.

Just for cap and roster completion, I'm holding out hope McGee is 1 yr DPE not partial MLE
