We can't complain about a brutal schedule for next season. We get the AFC South and NFC South. Obviously yet to be decided whether we get 3rd or 4th place. Right now, it would be Cowboys, Bengals on the road. Packers at home. 4th place would be Giants and Browns on the road, Bears at home.

Home schedule, not sexy:

What you wrote is correct, but the image is not. The home image includes "at Houston", but Houston is already on the Road schedule. EDIT: I got it, the Houston game can just be cropped out from the home image and then it's correct.

Yeah, I couldn't screen shot the whole thing so I took two and had that in the wrong section.

Eh. Judging next years’ schedule before the draft, FA, trades, etc, is kind of whatever right now.

Knowing our luck, Atlanta with Penix will be NFC favorites, Houston will get their stuff together, Anthony Richardson has a surprising good season, & Carolina will be playoff contenders while the NFC North takes a step back next year.

We're planning on Indianapolis and San Francisco next year. But if we were to get New York then I would probably change it to Indy and New York. Then the year after all we need is LA and San Francisco. If no New York then LA and New York in 2026.

Ha that's true. But on the other side, it's never going to get easier on paper than facing the NFC South and AFC South in the same year. Collectively, these are some of the worst divisions I have ever seen (Not as bad the the 2010 NFC West which saw Seattle make it in at 7-9, but still bad).

At least this gives us something to hope for. This, and the fact the Cards are 5-3 at home this season. Now Monti needs to do his job this offseason and maybe just maybe this team will finally be back in the playoffs.

No doubt about it. Not only is Atlanta, Carolina, Jacksonville and Tennessee a very favorable draw in terms of how good they are, they also don't have big fan bases that will show up big in our stadium. Obviously with the Packers that would be the case. But we have always seemed to play the Packers pretty well down here even when we had bad teams.
