I just did a search for 8 tickets in the $50 price range and I got some in row 15 section 433. Barring someone buying the lot or guaranteeing the sell out, or another extension, it will be blacked out

The real fans were at this game. They saw this game vs. New Orleans back in 2004 and they will see the game this Saturday as well. The others will be doing whatever they were doing on this day back in 2004.

If I can buy a ticket then ANYBODY can.

I dont think its a matter of being able to afford or not afford a ticket its a matter of priorities for some people.

As for my self I can afford it but as a single father who works in the residential housing market who might not have a job tommorow or the next day my priority is to put that money away or towards my kids education.

$50 won't buy your kid an education let alone a textbook. The radio is a great way to enjoy a sporting event, or so my great grandfather used to tell me.

Deadline extended again with 3,700 tickets left
The Cardinals were given another 24-hour extension to the TV blackout deadline to sell the rest of their playoff tickets. As of right now, there are about 3,700 tickets remaining. The deadline now is Friday at 2:30 p.m.

As always, tickets can be purchased at ticketmaster.com or at the ticket offices at either the Cardinals' Tempe facility or the University of Phoenix Stadium box office.

If I can buy a ticket then ANYBODY can. I live check to check and my 31st check was seized by the IRS. Im pretty sure 90% of the Cards fans are not as broke as myself and Im going.. I wasnt going to but in my heart I couldnt NOT go. It was actually bugging me and I was losing sleep so I said screw it. Rounded up 100 bucks from gift cards and even cashed in my change jar and now ill be there in the nosebleeds. Your right AZsouth. For some people who claim they are NFL fans but dont like going to the games just baffles me.. Thats like LOVING the Red Hot Chilli Peppers, wearing all of their clothes, Repping them everywhere and when you have a chance to see them in concert you say you will stay home and listen to thier cd. Dont get me wrong I KNOW some people just cant go, but that is NOT the majority. Dont go to Red Lobster this week and dont go see "Yes Man" and GO TO THE GAME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND SUPPORT YOUR HOME TEAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

-ends rant.

Even if we don't fully sellout tomorrow, I'm sure ch. 12 will buy whatever is left, which I'm assuming will probably only be 1,000 tix max.

No but it will pay the water bill next month if I dont have a job come tommorow. I have seen to many friends and past coworkers not have a rainy day fund get laid off and are now screwed.

For every person in your situation their are dozens who are not. Good luck with your job search. I am confident this game will be on TV.

I think it was in Sommers blog but he was told that NBC will not and do not plan on doing that.

It will happen in the end though.

Well I feel a little better...

And in the AP article on Minnesota, it says "virtual sel-out" which I am assuming the team doesn't have to sell every seat, but must be within a certain percentage...

Does anyone know what that is?

And its my son's 6th birthday on Saturday, otherwise I'd be there, but now I'm at the mercy of others to see this game... :(

Wow. That's a low water bill. :D

Its about $60 every month. Its just me and my kid, no grass to water, desert plants that only need watering once a week. Makes for an awesome water bill.

Since when did $50 become chump change?

Ask anyone without a job or anyone fighting to keep there jobs and they will tell you $50 is a lot of money.
