They are talking about how the players clearly showed that they have KK back during the Norman incident.

Hump literallly said “your not gonna talk crap to MY coach, I went looking for him after the game but couldn’t find him”

They talked about how Hop was right there and had KK back etc....

No denying how these players have KK back and they like him. Implying that KK is just more confident and has a different vibe about him we didn’t see the first 2 years. Even in his press conferences.

Went on to talk about just how impressive 437 yards of offense and top of over 36 mins. Without Kyler, Hop, Green, Chase and Pugh against that 49 er defense. Saying that the coaching job leading to this week was pretty much flawless. (Paraphrasing)

My have times changed....

Aside from wearing his sunglasses even as the sun went down, yesterday, coach bro is dead. He's become a grown man, finally!

<sniff, sniff> Our little boy has grown up - so beautiful to see! He's even gotten a bit cocky trying to pick a fight with opposing players, lol.

We were all concerned about Kingsbury’s soft touch approach. The cell phone break controversy, the coach Bro stuff and the lack of a resume’ and at times it appeared there was a lack of accountability. He always took the brunt of the blame even when he shouldn’t have. He has NEVER thrown a player under the bus.
It appears he has reached the younger players of today.

This team is playing with a confidence that wasn’t there the first two years. After last years season ending failure it could have spelled doom this year. It didn’t. After the loss to the Packers, past Cardinal teams would have went on to lose 3 or 4 more in a row. We didn’t.
KK has earned a spot among the professional head coaches in the NFL. I don’t know how many more injuries this team can sustain and keep the ball rolling like we are. But we can’t worry about that now.

They did so much to improve this team in the offseason. I think one of the underrated changes was the hiring of wide receivers coach Shawn Jefferson. Just look at how quickly Rondale Moore has developed and the blossoming of Christian Kirk into a reliable slot receiver. And I still have some hope for Andy Isabella.

The disaster going down the stretch in 2020 may have been a blessing in disguise because management realized the team wasn't good enough in several areas: depth, certain coaches, veteran leadership, etcetera.

Wins like this matter for HCs and you better believe that Kingsbury has had to build credibility in the locker room. You can't just say you have your player's backs. You can't just say you are committed to putting them in positions to be successful. You can't just say do your job and trust the scheme. You can't just speak about accountability. You have to demonstrate all of those things. You have to be able to win a game vs a team like SF with a backup QB for your scheme to have credibility and say "next man up". You have to let a coach go to say your culture holds everyone accountable. You have to wear the blame to show players that you won't crush them in the media.

Things are clicking right now because Kliff has the team bought in to all of these areas. That can come and go, but this game mattered more than most people realize IMO. Even for Kyler. When Colt McCoy can come in and put up numbers vs a team it gives the scheme credibility to your young franchise QB.
