Suns are my Kryptonite!
Dan McClintock from NAU. We actually had this guy in camp and in the Rocky Mountain league two years ago. He's a big seven footer who took Yao Ming's spot on the same team in China after Yao came stateside. There was a great article on him in SI and how he is putting up the same numbers Yao did in that league. He has been diligently working on his game since college and is somewhat a late bloomer. This guy wouldn't cost us a pick, and maybe we can talk him into coming back into camp with us again. Wouldn't hurt to have another look-see. Heck, with the centers we have now, maybe he could even make the team and play some minutes off the bench. If Tsalkilides gets hurt and underachieves, a guy like McClintock could even start for us. That's not saying much, but I think I would bring him in for a look.
