Yeah I have been fooled by false information, and posted it before I verified it to be absolute. I got clowned on it for a good minute and deservently so. Come on now, Ken is one of my homies so it's hard to set trip but come on now. Common sense has to enter the equation at some point, I understand D-Wash but come on man.
This would mean that the Honey isn't smart enough to handle life even after his previous suspensions. This would mean that P2 is.... come on man. This would mean that Honey is so ********, that he wouldn't hide smoking pot from somebody that could make a couple quick bucks off relating such information. After his history, it just wouldn't happen like that.
Come on man, if you aint got pics you aint holding.

Based on what he's said publicly and his actions by speaking to rookies about his past transgressions, he's earned the benefit of the doubt. I know HB has been out of town in Los Angeles and Louisiana recently, so it's possible that his friends were watching the house and toking up while there. It's reasonable to assume he's still hanging out with stoner friends, which is fine as long as he doesn't partake.
I won't worry unless he starts coming up positive on some drug tests.

I think that cheese is right that we should always be worried about Matthieu falling into old habits. It shouldn't keep any of us up at night, but we should be concerned about warning signs and things that look bad. The spotlight should always be on Matthieu and whether he's keeping himself clean.
Matthieu has earned the benefit of the doubt by not testing positive at the Combine or not screwing up so far (that we know of), but he hasn't erased the doubt. He'll do that if he can stay clean through his first contract, and then clean through the first year of his next contract (if he earns one with the Cards).

FYI Honey Badger was travelling the day of delivery based on the time line you left (2-3 weeks ago). Hes been in So Cal and I think Vegas based on Twitter.
I appreciate the sentiment to want to pass off this info. But its pretty slanderous and in this day and age can go viral. This is type of stuff to keep on hand and reference after the fact.

Lets face it, not only is the kid dirty, so are a good number of the Cardinals. Birds of a feather and so on. Don't think that these guys don't know what each other are doing in their spare time. They all know and most participate in each other's shenanigans. Remember the cocaine years of the Phoenix Suns.

It's one thing to have concerns, it's another thing to rush to judgement. You're rushing. And yes, I remember the Suns "cocaine years". Much ado about very little. It was a DA out to make a name for himself. Read the whole story, you might be shocked to see what really transpired and how different it actually was from what we were told at the time.

This thread is all about a bunch of gossip with no facts to support it. It is all hearsay and that is a reach. Anyone can be accused of anything. I don't know how this thread has gained this much traction. I'm not saying it couldn't happen but until there are proven facts behind it, it is all garbage.

I don't know if HB is clean, but I have a feeling he is. But yeah I'm sure we have players that use drugs, we just had Dwash. If it was his friends, he needs to be very careful. If he lets people use at his house while he is there he's risking not only relapse, but testing positive from 2nd hand smoke.
Many athletes use drugs, especially in party places like nightclubs. We used to have a few from the U, that did Cocaine, and they would do it openly at clubs. Luckily we let all of them go. Do others remain? Perhaps, but I haven't heard anything.
We have Johnny Boyziel rolling up money in a bathroom nightclub and it almost looked like something white was in the middle at the top of the bill.
Plus I recently just learned players are only tested ONCE a year for recreational drugs (if not in the system). Apparently they all know when it's coming too. So of course the aren't going to catch many. Especially other then weed. If they do other drugs on a Friday and take a test on a Monday or Tuesday, they'll test clean. If anything the drug testing procedure and the hilarious holes in it almost encourage harder drug use. Talk about an unintended consequence. If someone does Coke, Heroin, or Meth, they only need to stay off it 2-3 days a year, and they know exactly what days those should be and far in advance..
Which also showcases how dumb people like DWash must be to get caught, since they all know when they were going to get tested before the first positive test.

I have no idea if HB is clean but I think he is, but let's say I did hear something with definite proof he was not... I SURE THE HELL WOULD NOT POST IT AS A CARDINAL FAN AND BRING ATTENTION TO IT and I would just hope to myself he would clean himself up!
