admire someone who chosen not being a criminal?
i admire people for other stuff

What I was saying is based on his upbringing he stayed away from all the negative things. His mother dying, drugs all around him. Raised by his uncle. He easily could have chosen a different path but chose wisely. Maybe admire was the wrong word to use but just my opinion.

no parole ,means with not chance to speak?
No parole, means no reduction of sentence.

In the American system there are time when someone may be given a sentence but that sentence may be reduced at a later time for a variety of reasons. Even in the case of someone being convicted of a "life sentence" with parole there is a possibility of them being released in the future.

No parole means he will serve the full sentence; in this case the rest of his life.

So glad this is over. To put it blunt, he is not a good person. Also, glad that Jodi Arias crap is done with too!

There will be sentencing where victims can talk and Aaron will have an opportunity to talk.

His other trial is still going forward for the other double murder...not sure why at this point, but it is. Now that they can state he's already convicted of one first degree murder I can't imagine the jury paying any attention to the case...it's an easy GUILTY verdict again.

My only question is if they can get the death penalty on the other case...then I can see it going forward.

There is no death penalty in Mass.

The Boston Bomber is eligible because as an act of Terrorism, it is a Federal Case.

How do you figure?

appeals and etc. Even on the news last night they said they expect millions more in tax dollars to be spent on continuing appeals and etc for her and because people eat it up, the media will cover it every time.

Hopefully this puts a coin on the other side of the scale when it comes to the more privileged of our society being held responsible and not being above the law because of who your parents were or if you are a celebrity of any kind.

You don't need to explain yourself. I agree. What some people don't understand is that it takes a lot to overcome terrible circumstances.

The point of the other trial is to pursue justice for the two victims in that case as well.

Also if say he were to win an appeal on this case then he would still have to serve any sentences for the other case. It's the same reason why he was also charged with some smaller charges in this case (weapons charges for instance).

Was there anything besides circumstantial evidence?

His lawyer admitted Hernadez was present at the murder during his closing arguments. Also, ballistics showed the first bullet was fired from the drivers seat with his prints on the stearing wheel and then his shoe print was found next to the body. Some of that still may be circumstantial, but in Massachusetts, just being at the shooting is good enough to covict if it cannot be proven who the shooter was.

Did they prove he was part of a plot? Did they find any other prints on the wheel? Being present at the site would not seem to be concrete evidence he was the shooter. Just playing Devil's advocate.
