Woah!!! Jones goes off on AJ. lol

AJ lost his cool there though. Herbstreit said it right. And Warmack is the Captain we all thought he was.

Looked bad.... I think AJ went way overboard there. Jones didn't like being degraded on the national stage.

Funny to see something like that though from such a disciplined team.

No way. QB is the leader of the team. He makes the line call you go with it. Jones needed his ass chewed....

You never show up your lineman like that on the field. I get your point, but you just don't do it.

Maybe he was going Lomas Brown on McCarron. Wouldn't blame him. Hopefully he fills the gatorade tub with rocks before dumping it on Saban. Love those guys.

Are these the least attended bowl games anyone has ever seen top to bottom?

Jones should have never delivered the shove, but McCarron should have found himself spilled on a "missed" block very soon after.

Please just draft OT, if not take Jarvis Jones. I am super nervous about drafting a QB with the 7th pick.

I haven't seen a beating that bad since someone put a banana in my pants and turned a monkey loose.

Uhm, Jones was right there. Also, AJ hit him first. I LOVE a lineman that doesn't take any crap. The shove was my tipping point..draft that bastard.

Oregon is the #2 team in the country. They could have tired this defense out. Kelly & the Irish are a cheap suit with an expensive price tag. Keep walking!

Bama's OLine/Running game would've torn Oregon to shreds.

2 very important rules in life:

- Never enter a land war in Asia

- Never bet against Saban with 4 weeks to prepare for a big college football game.

Yep, showing him up on the biggest stage with a 28 point lead and 7 minutes to go was bush league. AJ got exactly what he deserved, that was hilarious.

I used Walter football as a reference to gather up information on prospects in tonight's game who could help the Cardinals come draft day. Just some guys to keep and eye out for. Alabama has a real good Oline.

http://walterfootball.com/draft2008P.php

Alabama RB Eddie Lacy round 2-4
Alabama TE Michael Williams round 4-6
Alabama OT DJ Fluker round 2-3
Notre Dame OT Zack Martin round 4-6
Alabama OG Chance Warmack round 1
Alabama C/OG Barrett Jones round 2
Alabama OG Anthony Steen round 5
Notre Dame C Braxton Cave round 4-6
Alabama 3-4 DE Jesse Williams round 2-3
Notre Dame ILB Manti Teo round 1
Alabama ILB Nico Johnson round 2-3

I think Lacy goes in first round. Teo may have dropped into round 2 as he looked terrible trying to tackle Lacy. He just could not tackle him. Teo got a lot of hype through out the year but I am not sure he is deserving of all that hype.
