I think Michael Jackson is easily the most bizarre famous person on Earth. Pete Townsend and Gary Glitter both have been associated with child porn (Townsend) or molestation (Glitter and his trips to Asia) but this guy goes several steps farther.

He no longer even looks human. And he seems to exceed all definitions of odd behaviour.

But he could sing, especially in his early Quincy Jones era (early adulthood). Too bad he's still just an above-the-law lunatic.

Of course, you'll probably change your mind later and chalk it up to lack of sleep (I'm sorry to see you're still not sleeping--I know it's gonna be a rough go of it--you should maybe see your dr. to see if he can get you something prescription, non-habit forming, to get you through this).

The doctor here won't do anything like that. I tried but no hope. They cannot find anything (that they quickly did in a 25 minute appointment) that would cause me not sleeping.

Oh well... Perhaps it will pass...

I agree that Jacko can sing. In fact, in his early solo career he had an amazing pop singer's voice.

But his later music was nowhere near the quality. It seems that his earlier music (like Off The Wall and Thriller) showcased a more masculine, edgy voice, and after that his music became softer with an added reliance on rythym and instuments.

In other words, if you replaced Jackson with someone else, his earlier music would take the bigger hit in quality.

But I'm no music critic so that could just be a misguided belief.
