People are way overrating the Slackers. There's a poll on here asking whether they are better than any team we played last year. C'mon people. This a wild card team from one of the weakest, if not the weakest division,in football. They haven't beaten anybody of significance in a meaningful game on the road. They lost to TB for god's sake

Last year we heard the same thing about the mighty Falcons coming into Arizona with Matty Ice and the unstoppable Michael Turner.Even Vegas had Atlanta as a favorite. We handle them easy. Then we have no shot going to Caroilna. They're undefeated at home, Deangleo Williams and Jonathon Stewart will run roughshod over the Cards. They beat up on the Cards in the regular season. Result: blowout Cards win. Then the unbeatbale, hottest team in the league led by Donovan McNabb will absolutely smash the Cards. Look at what they did to the Cards on Thanksgiving night. They shouldn't even play this game. Result:See you in Tampa.

When are we going to give our Cardinals some credit. F the Packers. They should be more worried about if they can handle the Cardinals, not the other way around. It's like Whiz said in his presser. The Packers are a good team. BUt the Cards are a pretty damn good team as well. They are at home, have playoff experience, and will absolutley handle Green Bay.

Dammit, i need 2 tickets to get out there(hopefully things get worked out  ). I'm ready.

WTF happened to the ASFN I used to know? Where's the spirit? Where's the guts, huh? This could be the greatest game of our lives, but you're gonna let it be the worst.

"Ooh, we're afraid to go with you C-Bus, we might get in trouble."

Well just kiss my ass from now on! Not me! I'm not gonna take this.

Rodgers, he's a dead man!

Woodson, dead!

Donald Driver...

jefftheshark: Dead! C-Bus's right. Psychotic, but absolutely right.

We gotta take these bastards. Now we could do it with conventional weapons that could take years and cost millions of lives. No, I think we have to go all out.

I think that this situation absolutely requires a really futile and stupid gesture be done on somebody's part.

Cardinals: We're just the guys to do it!

Shane: Let's do it.

C-Bus: *Let’s do it*!

Just to reply to a few of the comments

The packers play in the weakest division.
A .500 team was in 2nd place in the nfc west
2 teams from both the nfc north and the nfc east are in the playoffs.

Good luck and as the cards showed last year anything can happen. I do understand how you fans feel about the steelers too. Packers lost on a last sec play also.

Quiet confidence guys. I know we as a fan base are not used to having the most experienced playoff team in the conference but dems the facts.

We have a better defense then last year
We have a better running game then last year
We have another year in our offense
We are better on the road this year
We had a better record this past year
We have more signature wins then last year
And we have been able to watch those dummys empty their playbook in what amounts to 2 preseason games.

Quiet confidence guys. Let the Packers fans talk and we will smack them in the mouth.

Just make sure to represent next Sunday for us out of staters next week and make it as red as possible.

Some of that is truth, perhaps. But empty the playbook? I don't think so. McCarthy said any offensive minded coach worth his salt would have enough viable plays to play double or triple headers against a team and attack them different ways.

Now not only do you have to contend with what you saw on two games of film, but you have the other 70% of the playbook to deal with. And, when it comes down to it, the game will be won by the players on the field, not because Wisenhunt decided to play chicken while McCarthy wanted to destroy a team.

Our weak division has two teams with a better record than your champion. And your worst team has an even higher pick than ours. That's saying something.

The Cards were 3-1 against your division including a 30-17 beat down of your division champion. That's all that needs to be said.

Packers were 4-0 against yours, including a 33-7 beatdown against your division champ.
Where is all this coming from when you guys talk about playoff experience? Packers have 30 players on the roster that have played in playoffs, your team has 34. OK, you have more, but you act like the Packers have never been to the playoffs.
I'm not counting players who were on the team and didn't play, even Rogers, who just did cleanup in the Seattle game in '07, but real playoff playing time.
Your team didn't even see 50% of our playbook, we played it as vanilla as your team did, we just played it well...like it was supposed to be played.

The way you analyse the game before it's played is completely different from when it's played. I don't think anyone would take last game seriously. And even if you do, It's just something that makes Packs fans happy for a short time. Regular season is over whether you are 16-0 or 9-7 and sneaked into playoffs. It's win or go home. I repeat if Cardinals win by 1pt on Sun, you can't brag about 33-7 anymore. Have some fun now while it lasts.

Hate to say it guys but our division was the division with the worst record. The Lambs really pulled us down in that department. Remove the Lambs and we stack up with most of the other divisions so no real difference.
