Utah is the #10 seed at 15-14. Portland #9 at 17-15 and Denver 17-14 at #8.

A rapidly improving Timberwolves team ahead of us too.

Our schedule has been easy so far. Our strentgh of schedule favored us so far.

Even if we win 7 in a row right now we would still likely be #10 at best.

The schedule coming up is not any easier than it was before and after the next 2 weeks we will have a brutal schedule.

Stop bullshitting the fans and talk some real talk Alvin. You can't be that stupid.

Yeah Suns win 4-5 games and a row and about 5 teams ahead of the Suns have 5-6 games advantage over them at the moment... worse case those teams win half their games during that 5-6 WIN streak for the Suns and Suns are still stuck where they are....

Suns need to go 30-5 to be a shoe in......25-10 might get them 9th spot depending on Blazers, Timberwolves, Warriors, Rockets, Grizzlies, Nuggets.... those team have to LOSE 20+ games in the remaining 35 games and Suns go 25-10... approx.

If you can't get at least public confidence and optimism from the head coach, you are done. The day Alvin Gentry tells the brutal honest truth to the media is the day he needs to be fired.

You think it's difficult to get good players to want to come here and play now? Nobody will play for a team whose head coach doesn't have their back in public.
