The show became more about the personality of the Judges versus the actual singers. When the show becomes more about casting personalities as Judges to strum up ratings...you know it's not really about the singers any longer. That's why the Voice is better IMO.

Most people I know tell me they watch The Voice because of the judges.

I have never heard that is the "main" reason but I am sure it is a reason. Besides, even if that is the main reason you watch it is not even remotely the same thing as I pointed out above.

This show purposely hired some judges to witness train wrecks or how mean someone could be. When has that happened on The Voice? It's not even remotely the same scenario even if you watch it because you like the coaches. They are there to draw fans of theirs but that is not the same.

If you think it's the same you obviously you have not been paying attention to the constant judge drama over the years. LOL.

Jamie Foxx
Taylor Swift or Miranda Lambert

I would have ruled TV.

I think the 3 judges they have now(Lopez, Urban, Connick Jr) were a perfect match. I used to watch it alot but lost interest, then gained interest when those 3 showed up, then again lost interest. I needed to be canceled years ago.

I watched the season when Jordin Sparks was on.

Liked Jordin b/c I had never heard of her before until she sang the Anthem before a Cards game. I was blown away.

Wasn't surprised at all when she won.
